Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, secretary-general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), has commended the efforts exerted by Pope Francis to revitalize interfaith dialogue between Christians and Muslims. Ihsanoglu made the comment during his first meeting with the pope at the Vatican on Friday. The secretary-general pointed out that today the presence of Muslims in historically Christian countries has expanded, while some OIC countries either have native Christian communities or have witnessed in recent years the arrival of Christians as guest workers.

How nice of this kind Muslim gentleman to make nice comments about the Pope. However it would be far more impressive if he arranged for the kidnapped nuns in Syria to be released. It wold be absolutely astonishing if he called for religious tolerance and freedom in Saudi Arabia.
Ping for later
... which they are doing their level best to exterminate.
ROTFLMAO!! “[I]nterfaith dialogue between Christians and Muslims” eventually consists of Christians begging Mudslimes to be civilized by humanely shooting Christians instead of inhumanely beheading them.
On the ‘obvious’ side of things, we can be sure that there can NEVER be an “interfaith” relationship between the two. The ONLY way this can even begin to manifest is if Muslims REPENT, and in earnest...seek GOD, and turn from darkness. Not to Allah, but to GOD, Creator of the Universe and ALL that is in it.
We know we don’t have to ‘have the debate’ over what those committed to Islam believe, because we see it in their actions, and, we can read it for ourselves in the Qur’an. Although, one doesn’t HAVE to read it in order to reach even the slightest conclusion that...it is NOT the “Divinely Inspired Word of God”. Even the most BASIC comparison is contrary. In fact, when I read through it, it only took a few seconds to recognize how demonic forces can manifest itself in the text by what is written. It’s in direct contradiction to God’s Word. And sorry to all the Catholics out there but, THAT church is FALLEN. A true and dire warning from Jesus.
Testing the Spirits
1 John 4:1-6
1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
We have to remember to never be slack when it comes to who our ‘adversary’ is.
