'HARBINGER' RABBI WARNS AMERICA OF 'IMPENDING JUDGMENT'
WND ^ | May 2, 2014 | GARTH KANT

WASHINGTON – At the National Day of Prayer event held on Capitol Hill Thursday, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn issued a dire warning to America: The nation “stands in danger of impending judgment, and we all know it.”

“Too much of the church has lost its saltiness to do anything about it,” he declared. “And now the same biblical signs of national judgment that appeared in the last days of ancient Israel are reappearing on American soil.”

At the beginning of his commanding speech, Cahn, warned that his address would not be politically correct. He urged the nation to “come before the Lord and seek His face, and His purposes, and His will for this land and to pray for America.”

While Cahn said America has been blessed as no other nation has been blessed, he added, “To whom much is given, much is required.”

“America, as did Israel in its blessing, has been turning away from God, driving Him out of its public squares, bringing in idols in His place and calling what is evil good and what is good evil,” he declared. “And as Israel sacrificed thousands of its children on the altars of Moloch and Baal, so America has also lifted up millions of its children on the altar of pleasure and self-indulgence, and their blood is on our hands.”

Warning of impending judgment, the rabbi told the story of how, 3,000 years ago, King Solomon stood in another sacred assembly in his nation’s capital.

“There he dedicated a temple and the nation’s future to God,” Cahn said. “There he interceded and prayed that if his nation would ever turn away from God and calamity came upon it, if the people turned back to God in repentance that God would have mercy on them.”

God allows evil. But evil is against God.

If our nation did not truly choose Obama, then what Obama does is not according to the will of the people, and the people are not accountable for Obama’s sins.

Unless there’s something I’m forgetting about, this means that God’s justice can permit the restoring of our nation.

They are accountable. Those who voted for him have the power to stop him.

Being more rooted in the Bible and the New Covenant, I think it's a waste of time spreading personal opinions about how God is going to get this Nation or that Organization. He will come and sit in His Divine Judgement of each and every one of us.

When His creations try to put Words in His mouth or cause Him to stir His hand in retribution, they dishonor Him instead of trusting in Him.

Believe that if you want to.....

Obama sits on his throne because God allowed it....

As for people of this nation not being accountable for Obama sins....don’t worry, we have plenty of sins to be accountable on our own: abortion, homosexuality, greed, etc... It’s a long list....

if he cheated then the American nation is not responsible for the sins of Obama.

If he did not cheat it was not his fault, but still we have the congress to protect us against a dictator so I don,t think we can blame it on to Obama.

The government has been going this route for many years and the voters are the ones who votes for more government power not less.

God has also given us much evidence that this thing is not going to turn around or go away, we need to communicate with God because we are going to lose this paradise on earth.

Freedom and liberty in the hands of the unrighteous, you get us...

Not surprising this country is spreading the wrong freedom and liberty to the whole world..

Freedom and liberty our Messiah gives is the only freedom and liberty that has worth...
And that is something secular humanist countries like America have no use for...

I can only take what the Lord gives me, thank him and choose to serve him.

But I think all of you understand very well what I mean when I say a stolen election is very different from one legitimately won.

And how long have the Democrats been stealing elections? Think this through very carefully.

And how many Americans have rejected abortion and homosexuality while accepting forgiveness from the Father through the blood atonement of Jesus Christ as they turn from greed, lust and all sin?

God knows who the real America is. I think we know it’s not Obama’s version.

When you say ‘us,’ you mean the pro life crowd as well? God would engage in indiscriminate punishments?

I believe you are right but I just can`t see that they could be stealing to the extent that would have put an illegal alien in power.

Have just read The Harbinger and you were right: It was worth reading, if for no other reason than to remember the great importance of keeping our individual and personal vows that we make...especially to and before Almighty God.

On the list, the #2 spot should go to government schools.

If children do manage to survive abortion, the majority of our nation's children attend **godless** government schools. While in these godless indoctrination centers they ***will ** learn to think and reason godlessly. They must just to cooperate in the godless classroom. How could it be otherwise?

In many counties and even several whole states, these schools could not remain open if Christians and conservatives simply removed their children. Do this and the entire godless system of indoctrination collapses, at least in many areas of the nation.

If our nation's children had received a thoroughly God-centered education abortion, homosexuality, greed, gay marriage, fatherless homes, outrageous divorce rates, or soaring national debt would not be the problems they are now. I also believe that Islam is on the march because they sense that we are spiritually weak.

I notice that godless government schooling did not make your list. It saddens me that so few conservatives and Christians place the godless schools so far down on their list of priorities.

From Chapter 20, page 220 in my copy’s edition, I found this nugget which is just one of many that are staying with me:

“...the one who wills for judgment is man, not God. The heart of God wills for salvation. Greater than His judgments are His compassions.”
