Prayer request for my Dad

Asking for prayers for my Dad. He is 86 and has been in the hospital since yesterday for a bowel obstruction.
Dad and Mom have been married for 60 yrs. and we are all devout Catholics.
Dad is a disabled Army Vet, making Master Seargent before being medically discharged after being wounded in an explosion in the Phillipines during the communist Huk rebellion.
He seems to be slowly improving but we need him home.

I be praying a Divine Mercy Chaplet for him now . I am still up. Father we hold him up in pray through your son Jesus to have him in your love and presence in his moment of pain. Amen.
