Hillary Clinton Thinks Hobby Lobby Decision Was a Misogynist Plot Against Women
The Christian Post ^ | 7/3/14

Posted on 07/03/2014 2:03:16 PM PDT by Faith Presses On

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton suggested that the Supreme Court's Burwell vs. Hobby Lobby decision makes the United States akin to extremist authoritarian and theocratic nations that restrict women's rights.

When asked Monday about the Court's decision, Clinton, who may run for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016, said, "it is a disturbing trend that you see in a lot of societies that are very unstable, anti-democratic, and frankly prone to extremism, where women and women's bodies are used as the defining and unifying issue to bring together people, men, to get them to behave in ways that are disadvantageous to women but which prop up them because of their religion, their sect, their tribe, whatever."

She probably does "think" it, but that's kind of beside the point.

The feminist "patriarchal conspiracy" interpretation is a button she presses because her followers expect something like that from her.

Politicians say things that they think will appeal to their base, and it's easier if they come to "believe" those things, but they don't usually take the time to ponder over matters and reason their way to an coherent and well-based conclusion.

Hillary the Flying Buttress is sounding more & more inchoate.

She’s either losing it or convinced that her word is law.

“Off with their heads!” will be her next ukase.

She should do some research. Does she remember being co president? Billary? Two for the price of one?

The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, Pub. L. No. 103-141, 107 Stat. 1488 (November 16, 1993), codified at 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb through 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb-4 (also known as RFRA), is a 1993 United States federal law aimed at preventing laws that substantially burden a person’s free exercise of their religion. The bill was introduced by Howard McKeon of California and Dean Gallo of New Jersey on March 11, 1993.[1] The bill was passed by a unanimous U.S. House and a near unanimous U.S. Senate with three dissenting votes[2] and was signed into law by President Bill Clinton

Hey Hillary, is that how you felt back in 1993 when your husband Bill signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act - you know the law that the Supreme Court ruled applied to Hobby Lobby?

Hillary knows exactly what the Hobby Lobby case was about and she knows the actual scope of the decision. She is just bringing forth outrageous lies, that she knows are lies, in order to anger her opposition and to give speaking points to her supporters. There isn’t any sincerity in the Clintons. Hell, make that politics ing general although the Clintons are particularly good liars.

Hillary needs to get the facts -- such as Hobby Lobby already provides 16 kinds of contraception.

The truth about Hobby Lobby. Although they offer other avenues of contraception to their employees, they would not support the mandated abortion and abortifacients (Morning after pill and other products that destroy an embryo -- already fertilized.).

It's that simple because they are a closely held (family) business that believes and lives their religion in their business. They even play religious music in their stores. (And not just at Christmas!)

God bless them.

PS. This does not apply to corporations, etc. as the libs would have you believe.
