Joel 1:19 To you, O Lord, I call. . .
PRECIOUS LORD, so worthy to be honored and praised. To YOU LORD, we lift our voices in faith and adoration, knowing that we are safe in THY HANDS for all Eternity. LORD, we stand on this: If God be for us, who can be against us. We pray LORD GOD, for our beloved heroes. Whoever and whatever is the foes that would come up against them even this day, we: CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD Amen.
Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples! ~ 1 Chronicles 16:8
Dear LORD, we thank YOU for each and every act of protective providence that has been ours throughout the centuries. OH LORD, it is not by power or by might that we would boast but by THY SPIRIT says the LORD, and we say AMEN. Thank YOU LORD.
For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you. ~ Psalm 86:5
OH GOD, we would be most sorrowful if we could not acknowledge THY GOODNESS and MERCY and FORGIVING GRACE abounding in THY STEADFAST LOVE, in CHRIST JESUS AMEN. OH GOD, open up the gates of PRAISE and GLORY for all our beloved heroes so that they may get a glimpse of who YOU ARE, and call upon THY NAME. Amen.
And it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. ~ Acts 2:21 . . . For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. ~ Romans 10:13
OH GREAT AND PRECIOUS PROMISE FOR ALL OUR SOULS. THANK YOU for the reassurance and unwavering commitment to those who humble themselves and call upon THY NAME OH GOD. THANK YOU THAT YOU SAY WE ARE SAVED. TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOREVER AND EVER. OH GOD, we ask, we ask, bring it to pass over and for each and every one of our beloved heroes so that throughout all eternity we may share in the GLORY OF THY PRAISE, together. IN JESUS NAME we ask, we call, we pray, AMEN.
Read: 2 Corinthians 11:23-31
By one estimate, more than 14 trillion frequent-flyer miles have been accumulated by people worldwide. It all started in the early 1980s, when airlines began the first frequent-flyer programs to encourage repeat business by rewarding customers for their loyalty. Accumulated miles could be redeemed for free travel, goods, and services, so it wasnt long before people began planning their travel based as much on personal reward as on price or schedule.
The apostle Paul was an avid first-century traveler, but he wasnt in it for the frequent-sailor miles. His goal was to reach as many people as he could with the good news of forgiveness and eternal life through faith in Jesus. When some people in the city of Corinth questioned his authority, he wrote a letter describing the price he had paid to bring the gospel to others: Three times I was beaten with rods; once I was stoned; three times I was shipwrecked; a night and a day I have been in the deep (2 Cor. 11:25). God gave Paul the grace and endurance to risk his life to tell people about Jesus with no thought of personal gain.
Whether we receive persecution or praise for our service to the Lord, may our focus always be loyalty to Him and gratitude for His sacrifice of love.
Praying with you all.
