Dedicated to you!
In other words she’s a modern day soothsayer....”Prophets” who use dreams and visions to lead the stray dogs who don’t have the discernment to look to God’s word themselves fall for this trap easily.
Any ecumenical soothsayer is a heretic in my book. Never heard of this Osteen or Rick Warren wannabee.
Ask some women in your church. She is very popular.
I go to a very discerning church & would be very surprised to hear of women buying and reading her books.
What do the below all have in common?
(From left to right, Beth Moore, Paula White, Joel Osteen)
Give it a try sometime.
Hopefully they will be of the same opinion as the writer.
“What do the below all have in common?”
Nice teeth?
Million dollar cosmetic surgery and smiles?
Wolves in sheep’s clothing?
Our church got caught up in the Beth Moore frenzy many years ago...I finally had to quit going to the women’s bible study as it was very intense with daily homework, but light on scripture.
When an elder was showing our pastor a printout from someone who had problems with Rob Bell’s teachings (our youth pastor’s go-to guy for materials), the pastor pointed out that the author had even criticized Beth Moore, therefore he couldn’t be trusted.
We left that church shortly after that.
Teeth it is!
And that child in the middle looks like a Botox factory blew up next door to her.
Wow.
Are Paula and Benny Hinn still a thing? Or was that just a fling during their trip to kiss the pope’s toe?
Glad you left, probably the best thing you could do in light of what they were trying to teach
It's her voice that is the drug people desire ... not the message.
Anyone that studies, or is curious about the "why do people do what they do ... or say what they say .. " matters, attempts to analyze and isolate one particular element that enraptures people to believe what they're hearing.
obola was clean cut and articulate ... it didn'r matter that he told us up front he was going to eliminate The United States as we know it ... which he did .. on national TV .. cleanly and articulately ... what mattered was the presentation of words that sounded like they should be good ... and that was good enough.
I’m probably Beth Moore neutral. I’ve not read a lot of her stuff. Some. I’m not sure what she teaches that is “heritical”? Not saying she doesn’t. I’ve just not read any.
She is one messed up bishop.
“...what mattered was the presentation of words that sounded like they should be good...”
I remember telling my wife that Obama was a very good speaker. I made that statement when he first hit the scene...before I knew about the teleprompter and how poisonous he was.
People love a good speaker, and are easily mesmerized.
I with you but I certainly wouldn't put her in the same group as O$teen.
Thanks. I’ve never heard of this person.
