For your sake then I’ll say I am a not practicing Catholic.
(As I disagree on your interpretation of Baptism and Confirmation) :)
It’s funny how that comes and goes depending on the thread, on some threads you refuse to acknowledge that claim and remain silent when it is brought up, on others you try to sell it.
If you’re a Catholic and you’re still supporting the Democrats in general, and Teh Awesome in particular, you’re at the very least dangerously close to cooperating formally in evil. I mean, at this point, how do you not know better?
The Catholic Church should continue to support this approach. We have political interference in the Church where some wish to control others by government regulation.
Business and persons should be allowed freedom with the obvious restrictions by government so that there is a level playing field. The United States has prospered with this freedom in spite of corruption in government and business. However, government has gotten too big and corrupt and spending is out of control.
If someone wants the government to control everything in business, then the government will eventually also control raising your children.
