o A.D. 63 early, The Epistle to Philippians, by Paul The Apostle, from Rome (Phil. 2:24).
o Spring A.D. 63, The Epistle to Hebrews, by Paul The Apostle, from Italy ( Heb. 13:19,24 cf. 2 Pet. 3:15,16).
(Dates for Heb. & Phil. from Happy Heralds web site.)
The date of Jesus' entry into the world was somewhat prior to the date the author of Hebrews ascribed the newborn Babe to have sung the Ps. 40 verses to His Father, which anticipated and prophesied His death by piercing as an obedient, totally committed Servant.
Of course, the passage from Philippians certainly does frame the drama of His servanthood, and might make the basis for another carol, but the point of the Hebrews passage is that it indicates His Own words to the Father, observed by the angel-beings as fulfilling the words of David some 1,000 years before.
But thanks for your observation.
