If atheist, never. One cannot prove faith that way.

The reasons for disbelieving the historicity of the Bible are fundamentally emotional and spiritual. The antidote for that is not disparate facts but the single person of Christ.

This is the Skeptic’s Game. I figured it out at 10 when I learned that the Reason to disbelieve the Bible was the absence of extra-biblical evidence for the existence of the Hittite Empire.

Then they discovered Hattushah, the capital of the empire, and...

... on to the next Reason.
