Yes, this is the tragedy. It’s a cross to bear that is way too heavy for so many, really of all ages, and in the secularized West particulary it is becoming extremely hard to find solace anywhere in the fewer and fewer faithful churches, priests and laity.

No cross is too heavy to bear. Bergoglio's whole list of heresies: condoning adultery, birth control, sodomy, etc. are all based on the premises that some "crosses that are too heavy", yet can be forgiven by francismercy.

Thanks, my friend! :-)

And you are 100% correct, in your post, too!

There have been some crazy and some rotten Popes, along the line, but this one is crazy, rotten, and anti-Christian/the teachings of Jesus the Christ and GOD Himself!

Sadly, this garbage has infected ALL Christian sects ( though not in the exact same way ), which is indeed a tragedy.

What's next for this unChristian, LIBERATIONIST Pope, I wonder?

How much worse is he going to get, before someone is brave enough to depose him?

I stand corrected and you’re quite correct. I should have said, “.... that so many are not *willing* to bear”.

And you are precise in your apt examples of Bergoglio’s heresies, as “crosses that are too heavy”, and transgressions to be forgiven by francismercy (not subject to God’s judgement and justice).

I appreciate that. It’s for me to chew on, digest and internalize.

Well said.

Thank-you for your kind reply.

Although, I was not clear as I could have been; my problem is with Francis, never with you.

Your point was excellent and an important one to be made. I’m thankful my initial remark prompted your thinking and drew such a fine reply.

Seems the faithful are learning to cope with and to receive this strange cross called “heresy” at the top and in our time. Our thoughts are now on Purification and a spiritual purification demands bearing up and carrying such a cross.

What you stated was profound, for me. To be brought to realize even the concept of “cross bearing” can be betrayed, and has been betrayed, the beautiful words misused in treachery, the term perverted to actually excuse evil.
Now that’s profound and very timely, for this Catholic.

In any other era of the Church, Jorge would have been defrocked, banished as a schismatic, and Vatican II would have never happened.

Ah, if Vatican II never happened....that sounds wonderful. When it is condemned by a future pope, we will know that we have a true and Catholic pope in the Chair of Peter.
