Is there a connection between Bishop Tobin and Cardinal Tobin?

I always get Bishop Tom Tobin (Providence, RI, the Catholic) and Cardinal Joe Tobin (Newark, NJ, the Bergoglian) mixed up.

Maybe some simple mnemonic, like "T - T - Truth" will help me keep them straight.
