I think it would be splendid if you started a list with the three simple levels you mentioned. Probably don't want it to be too complex and time-consuming, but you might add brief qualifications or criteria like they do on political scorecards. Nobody would expect fine-tooth-combing such as they're doing at the LifeSite "Faithful Shepherds" list.
