Great God,
Savior, Redeemer, abounding in mercy,

We gather in Your name, having faith in Your promise to be with us, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, as we pray to You.

Our nation is struggling with evildoing in high places, dear Lord. We lift up the United States to You, to Your cleansing power to put things right.

Moreover, I saw under the sun that in the place of justice, even there was wickedness, and in the place of righteousness, even there was wickedness. I said in my heart, God will judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time for every matter and for every work.
—Ecclesiates 3:16-17

We pray for the well-being, health and strength of our President Donald, Vice President Michael, all their Administration and their families, especially Melania traveling in Africa. Cleanse and inspire their thoughts and words, Father God, that Your Will may be done through them.

 “Woe to you experts in the law, because you have taken away the key to knowledge. You yourselves have not entered, and you have hindered those who were entering.” When Jesus went outside, the Pharisees and the teachers of the law began to oppose him fiercely and to besiege him with questions, waiting to catch him in something he might say.

Be with our members of the Judiciary Committee of the Senate, and all Senators, as they grapple with the evil tricks entwined around them. Truly, the devil is a serpent. We pray for the conversion of the wicked and the lost, Lord; and today, in this time of emergency, we pray for strong conviction among those who do love You and follow Your teachings, as they carry the burdens for those in ignorance or those who have rejected You. May our nation survive the Senate's decision regarding Judge Kavanaugh, we earnestly pray.

“Your words have been hard against me, says the Lord. But you say, ‘How have we spoken against you?’ You have said, ‘It is vain to serve God. What is the profit of our keeping his charge…? And now we call the arrogant blessed. Evildoers not only prosper but they put God to the test and they escape.’”
Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another. The Lord paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written… “They shall be mine, says the Lord of hosts, in the day when I make up my treasured possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his son who serves him. Then once more you shall see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve him.

We are reaping harsh realities, dear Father, for the sins of our nation, for those in power having legalized abortion, promoted disordered sexuality, corrupted the intentions of our Founding documents, and abandoned our foundation in Christ Jesus. How can our country survive? May the prayers of the faithful reach Your ears, so that the majority may be surrendered to Your Grace, Your Salvation for us miserable sinners, that at this midnight hour You might yet save our land.

Return to me with all your hearts, with fasting and weeping and mourning.” Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and He relents from sending calamity.

Lord, we pray with all fervor and intensity for the hearts of every American to return to You, to revive our churches, homes, families, communities, our Natural rights and our government. May virtue once again surround and permeate the minds and hearts of our children, our marriages, our elderly, our military, first responders, officials, and workers. May there be an outpouring of repentance for sins and hunger for Your forgiveness, and an inflow to churches and prayer meetings. Supply the seekers with teachers and pastors who are true believers in Your Holy Word, we pray, heavenly Lord.

O Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant who delights in revering your name. Give your servant success today…

HOLY FATHER, we continue to have the faith that You will see us through these turbulent days of discontent and deception. If it be Your Will, we ask to see Judge KAV. seated on the Supreme Court bench and POTUS Trump re-elected. Additionally, if it be Your Will we ask You consider exposing those who have given false witness against a man who wishes to serve his country. Please protect our POTUS Trump and family. The nation needs him fighting for all of us.
