The Archbishop can then simply laicize all those attending.

Participants of such events claiming to be Christians should be subject to Church discipline, and on the witness of two or three be called to accountability and repentance or, them rejecting that, put out.
This is based on Scripture and applies with all denominations.
Please leave ABBA out of this. They at least sang that people can change their minds ... unlike those claiming homosexuality is inborn.
