The Supreme Court has not issued a strong enough ruling protecting us from the perverts.
The recent ‘unanimous’ Supreme Court decision was really a 6-3 decision. They avoided overturning the ‘Smith’ decision.
Perhaps this Judge is on our side and giving our weak kneed Supreme Court the erroneous decision it needs to overturn Smith !
