Sorry sport; OUR messiah has not yet come. The guy who you call YOUR messiah does not fulfill the qualifications set forth for OUR messiah, for Jews. He is not of the Davidic line of descent. As we hear about the possibility of nuclear war by Putin on Ukraine, of the takeover of Taiwan by China, etc. it certainly appears that JC has NOT fulfilled bringing about world peace. And as long as you insist that JC is a deity alongside G-d, the requirement that the Messiah acknowledges that there is only ONE G-d is not fulfilled. So, he might be YOUR Messiah, but he is not the one the Jews still await.

Your ignorance is showing. Just because they don't presume the truth of Xianity and thus interpret it as referring to J*sus does not mean they ignore it.

What you fail to understand is that it was understood from the beginning that the Torah as delivered at Sinai is the One True Religion forever. If Isaiah had actually prophesied the end (or "fulfillment" if you prefer) of the Torah then his prophecy would never have been canonized.

The Torah is the supreme revelation. No prophet can end it. Of course, when you assume from the outset that the "new testament" is part of the Bible you can't see this.

I'd like to see what you'd do if someone came along and claimed to be "fulfilling" the "new testament" so that it didn't apply anymore.
