Blessed Mother appeared to America once that is acknowledged by the Vatican. Guadalupe to a shepherd (she generally appeared/sto shepherds) boy
600 years ago
Rampant local sacrificing to Satan with babies. Killing babies
She is very powerful. Cdl Burke knows this
There is much written on this
Much research has been done and is fascinating - on the image itself. A Jewish obstetrician was researching the image and converted to Catholicism on studying the situation. He wrote about his research .
This is a recommend book:

Her visit to America took place 165 years ago; this was in Champion, WI.
The Church approved this apparition in 2009; there is an annual pilgrimage that takes place on the first Saturday in the month of May.

Not Vatican approved.
An apparition either has the approval of the Church or it doesn't, and the local ordinary speaks for the Church.
The Blessed Mother's appearance to Adele Brise in 1859 was given the same recognition in 2009 that her visit to Bernadette Soubirous in 1858 was given in 1862 when Bishop Laurence, on behalf of the Church, declared the appearances of Mary to be worthy of belief. (There was nothing past those words, as nothing more was needed. The bishop's words, and the bishop's words alone, speak for the Church in its entirety; there is no other approval required than that of the local ordinary. There is no further approval above the bishop; his word speaks for the Church.)
No. That not true
Vatican approval is a long and tedious process a two tear test by a local bishop is not the same at all
You might be right. Looking into this.
Bishop of Green Bay
Decree on the Authenticity of the Apparitions of 1859 at the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help Diocese of Green Bay
Belief in the Our Lady of Good Help apparitions is no more obligatory to Catholics than belief in the Our Lady of Fatima or Our Lady of Lourdes apparitions.
Bergoglio may one day approve of the Medjagoogu "apparitions" but no Catholic will be obliged to believe in them, either.

The bishop's approval gives us confidence that we can accept it as true.
But there was never a requirement to accept a Marian apparition as true; we ignore her at our peril.
The bishop's approval gives us confidence that we can accept it as true.
That was the point I trying to make.
Although none of them of are obligatory, I do believe in the apparitions of Our Lady of Good Help, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Our Lady of Fatima, Our Lady of Lourdes, Our Lady of Akita and several others.
I choose not to believe in the “apparations” at Medjagoogu.
Medjugorje Is not an approved apparition. It does not fulfill criteria until the apparition has ceased which it has not
There are two lesser known apparitions we have seen in Belgium- Beauring and Banneaux. They are Vatican approved
They occurred in the 1930s. They surround the Bastogne Valley where the airborne division of the Army was stationed in the woods for a month in the winter keeping the enemy from advancing.
We have been there.
The Vatican has never deemed any Marian apparition of being obligatory of belief by all Catholics.
Vatican publishes rules for verifying Marian apparitions
I recommend that you to read the above article.
Your taking a leap a la FR anti-Catholic standard
Here’s what I mean take it or leave it
The Vatican always says, and means it, that one is not obligated to believe the apparitions of the Blessed Mother. The Blessed Mother never says one has to believe an apparition
Vatican approved means after complete investigation after the apparition has ceased that it was the Blessed Mother that appeared and not an imposter. Not a believable supernatural apparition.
(Show me any Marian apparition where the Vatican overruled the local bishop, or even one where any Vatican statement added credence that the faithful were looking for.)
