Favorite line from the original movie:

Buffy: I am the Chosen One, and I choose to shop!

You were right, wai-ming!! A vampire slayer!

So, is "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer" a good guy or a bad guy? (Oops...girl...sorry.) I guess if she slays vampires, it's a good thing?

It's a campy take off on the vampire movies. Buffy is a valley girl turned vampire slayer.

That and the show's creator was tired of the blond girl in those movies always being a helpless victim. So he made her the hero.

My "new posts" highlight is now continually on. Also, new posts to/by me are not showing up when I hit the "my comments" button.

Is this systemic to FR, or is this peculiar to me?

Thanks,

xzins

You highlight a part that you think helps you. Have you done any study on why those books aren't part of the Canon of Scripture? I pinged our resident expert on these matters for his input.

And as an aside. Even though I disagree with fTD on many things, I respect his knowledge in this area. One more example of how we Christians can disagree on some things, but agree that your religion is false.

Buffy is a valley girl turned vampire slayer.

Now that you mention it:

Valleygirl
Valleysgrl
Valleysgrr
Valleyslrr
Valleyslar
Valleyslaer
Valleyslayer
Valpireslayer
Vampireslayer

Kinda creepy, huh?

You are so sure to believe I never read the whole Bible. I have not read and studied the whole Bible many times!

I would not care if 99.99% thought my faith was false, I know it is true:)

I also have a "not reading" list. Mine doesn't include the Bible, however.

Um. What does that have to do with my question to you.

I would not care if 99.99% thought my faith was false, I know it is true:)

Are you missing a word here?

That is typical dyslexia gap! I have read and studied the whole Bible many times!

I would not care if 99.99% thought my faith was false, I know my faith is true.

I was rephrasing my words and they got mixed!

You really need to study harder. Do it without your other scriptures.
