2357 Homosexuality refers to relations between men or between women who experience an exclusive or predominant sexual attraction toward persons of the same sex. It has taken a great variety of forms through the centuries and in different cultures. Its psychological genesis remains largely unexplained. Basing itself on Sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity, tradition has always declared that "homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered." Well, now isn't that special! BARF! There ain't nothing holy about that union.

BTW, Father's Day is celebrated on the 3rd Sunday in June, so in 1998, it would have been on June 21st. I know this because our first child was born 2 weeks before that in 1998, and I distinctly remember my husband celebrating his first Father's Day when our daughter was two weeks old. (Our third child is due on Father's Day this year!)
