Yep. A lot of the Nazi 'Advancements" came upon the backs of the conquered nations of Europe. The slave labor pool for the German industrial machine was enormous.

It must have been by "snail mail" cuz it hasn't gotten here yet. We had some of that "s-word" falling from the skies today. brrrrrrr! At least it wasn't much and the ground's too warm for anything to stick.

The sun was out the day I arrived (of course) LOL! SAM says this is Oregon in winter, rain but mild temps. I'm enjoying it though, beats weather in Ohio any day.

Please meet your flying wing at Hanger 51. Thank you.

I gather Ohio got it worse than we did, judging by the radar, but it's been nasty enough down here. Chilly, wet, gloomy. Definitely NOT my kind of weather. And it's just getting started. 8-/
I think we're supposed to see the sun sometime tomorrow...we'll see if the Post Offfice gets it here or not. LOL!

In that case I'm really glad I'm not home! I know I'm not looking forward to winter this year, I never do. :(

If Snippy misses the snow, we can drive up to Mount Hood. Lots and Lots of snow up there.
