Nope.
Na IT PH 2 SB 2 TA PA I SB 2 TA ATT
Na=Sodium
IT= current & time (electrical current)
PH2= di-phosphorus (?)(allotrope)or a PH of 2
SB2= di-antimony
TA=Tantalum is a rare, hard, blue-gray, lustrous transition metal that is highly corrosion-resistant. It is part of the refractory metals group, which are widely used as minor components in alloys.
PA=protactinium Due to its scarcity, high radioactivity and toxicity, there are currently no uses for protactinium outside of basic scientific research

I= iodine
SB2= di-antimony
TA= Tantalum
ATT= phone company? Could be a clue to square the final answer.
It is a chemical equation for a type of antimony metal. Maybe something like Reardon Steel aka....Atlas Shrugged trinket.
You didn’t give the name of the man. But upon further investigation could it be this guy?
In 1927 Aristid von Grosse isolated protactinium oxide (Pa2O5). In 1934 he isolated the element from the oxide by converting it to the iodide (PaI5) and then decomposed it using a heated filament in a high vacuum. (4) http://www.chemicool.com/elements/protactinium.html
If so it is one of the men who helped create the Atom Bomb. It also matches up with some of my previous post regarding PA and IT. It is likely the equation refers to how to make one of the components of radioactivity.

The translation is more accurately ...lothario.
Now, I did have to go look that one up!
Lothario comes from The Fair Penitent (1703), a tragedy by Nicholas Rowe. In the play, Lothario is a notorious seducer, extremely attractive but beneath his charming exterior a haughty and unfeeling scoundrel. He seduces Calista, an unfaithful wife and later the fair penitent of the title. After the play was published, the character of Lothario became a stock figure in English literature. For example, Samuel Richardson modeled the character of Lovelace on Lothario in his 1748 novel Clarissa. As the character became well known, his name became progressively more generic, and since the 18th century the word lothario has been used for a foppish, unscrupulous rake.
So what would a lothario, an german/american a-bomb scientist, and July 25, 1972 have in common? Only thing I can find for the date is a treaty the United States signed regarding the Antarctic Circle.
Could it be that Grosse felt his life betrayed by the pursuit of the bomb and the bracelet was his way of reminding himself of what he had helped do?
Perhaps his family is looking for that bracelet? Perhaps they cast it off hoping to never see it again?

Now you’re making me afraid to touch it. That said, it should have no connection to Grosse. The bracelet would not be before the 1972 date on the upper side. It is a very heavy chain and looks like tarnished silver. I’ll have to clean it and have someone tell me what metal it is. Is there a test I could do to tell if it is silver?
I had thought that an army vet., that was stationed during the 1958-1963 period, in Germany around Stuttgart, would be familiar with the “Yankee Kraut Pact,” phrase. The 1972 date adds an additional problem.
It is a formula and seems to match the work of Grosse, Yankee kraut pact was what they used to bring German scientists over to America . Grosse though was a Russian. I am puzzled by the word and date as well. I don’t think it is radioactive
It might be a formula for making a metal, or it might be a list of elements somehow involved in a chemical reaction. Unfortunately I don’t currently know any metallurgical/nuclear chemists to ask what might be suggested by that list. If the PA really refers to protactinium, it might be best to let this sleeping dog lie.
Besides, maybe Na stands for Nancy, PH stands for Phil, TA stands for Tamara, and PA stands for Paul. Don’t ask me about SB.
