Which hope was not in vain - Weicker did get dumped from the Senate. That was the good news. The worse news was, Weicker ended up becoming Connecticut's governor for long enough to impose the state's first income tax. maddening, wasn't it?
i figured after howdy doody whupped his butt, fat boy lowell would just slink away into the sunset, and i wished his turdliness a hearty good riddance
but, some turds just refuse to go away, perhaps they forgot to drive a stake through his punchbowl
last i heard, he was thinking of another comeback....

Such as, how Hilarious Rodent Clinton got booed lustily at the Paul McCartney concert...whereas, when Alfonso Soriano hit the ninth-inning two run blast to win Game Four for the Yankees, there in the box seats pumping his fist and whooping it up for the Bombers was none other than Paul McCartney himself...
