We used to play "Judgement Night" before football games when I was in high school.

"JUST ANOTHER VICTIM, KID"

What caliber round is that in Osama's noggin? It's a pretty big hole but if it was a .50 caliber machine gun cartridge there wouldn't be that much head left. Maybe a .45 pistol cartridge or a .50 Desert Eagle round.

Oh yea, this rocks. Also check out Western Alliance, by Metal Church. It's on the disc, The Dark.

OK, so that's three songs that can be used as battle cries. Can we come up with 8-12 of 'em to make up a chest-thumping, adrenaline-pumping, terrorist-beating war soundtrack CD? Allow me to continue adding to the compilation disc with "Camel Jockeys Suck" by the Meatmen.

Bodies, by Drowning Pool

Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor
Let the bodies hit the floor
Beaten why for
Can't take much more
One - Nothing wrong with me
Two - Nothing wrong with me
Three - Nothing wrong with me
Four - Nothing wrong with me
One - Something's got to give
Two - Something's got to give
Three - Something's got to give
Now
Let the bodies hit the floor
Push me again
This is the end
Skin against skin blood and bone
You're all by yourself but you're not alone
You wanted in now you're here
Driven by hate consumed by fear
Let the bodies hit the floor

All good songs (which applies to all Metallica songs before the black album, but that goes without saying), but I'm looking for bona fide war stomps; blood, guts, and enemy ears on a string around your neck kinda stuff.

"Disposable Heroes" is sort of anti-war, "Blackened" about cigarette smoking, and "Harvester of Sorrow" about child abuse. All amongst my favorite tunes, but not in the same league as "Seek and Destroy" for topical motivational listenting. I think jrewingjr is right on target with "Bodies."

I was considering "The Trooper" by Iron Maiden, but that one's about fighting against Russians, and the hero dies in the end. So it's not gonna make the cut.

Bump for my FAVORITE Metallica album.

Whenever I think of this album I remember the time my college roommate & I went fishing at Nags Head in spring 1989 and got stuck in a nor'easter.
We found that large quantities of Busch beer and Metallica "Kill 'Em All" at full volume made the extreme weather more tolerable.

Ah, Blackened is about Nuclear war. Ya a nicotine line is in there, but that is not what the song is about. As far as child abuse, I think you are thinking of Dyers Eve.

How about Damage Inc.

Dealing out the agony within charging hard and no one's gonna give in Living on your knees, conformity or dying on your feet for honesty Inbred, our bodies work as one bloody, but never cry submission Following our instinct not a trend go against the grain until the end

Blood will follow blood Dying time is here Damage Incorporated

Slamming through, don't fuck with razorback stepping out? You'll feel our hell on your back Blood follows blood and we make sure life ain't for you and we're the cure Honesty is my only excuse Try to rob us of it, but it's no use Steamroller action crushing all Victim is your name and you shall fall

Blood will follow blood Dying time is here Damage Incorporated

We chew and spit you out we laugh, you scream and shout All flee, with fear you run You'll know just where we come from

Damage Incorporated

Damage jackals ripping right through you sight and smell of this, it gets me goin' Know just how to get just what we want tear it from your soul in nightly hunt Fuck it all and fucking no regrets Never happy ending on these dark sets All's fair for Damage Inc. you see step a little closer if you please

Blood will follow blood Dying time is here Damage Incorporated

Or maybe you will like Battery

Lashing out the action, returning the reaction Weak are ripped and torn away Hypnotizing power, crushing all that cower Battery is here to stay

Smashing through the boundaries lunacy has found me cannot stop the Battery Pounding out aggression turns into obsession cannot kill the Battery

Cannot kill the family Battery is found in me

Battery

Crushing all deceivers, mashing non-believers never ending potency Hungry violence seeker, feeding off the weaker Breeding on insanity

Smashing through the boundaries lunacy has found me cannot stop the Battery Pounding out aggression turns into obsession cannot kill the Battery

Cannot kill the family Battery is found in me

Battery

Circle of Destruction, Hammer comes crushing Powerhouse of energy Whipping up a fury, Dominating flurry We create the Battery

Smashing through the boundaries lunacy has found me cannot stop the Battery Pounding out aggression turns into obsession cannot kill the Battery

Cannot kill the family Battery is found in me

Battery

Maybe No Remorse

No mercy for what we are doing No thought to even what we have done We don't need to feel the sorrow No remorse for the helpless one

War without end No remorse No repent We don't care what it meant Another day Another death Another sorrow Another breath No remorse No repent We don't care what it meant Another day Another death Another sorrow Another breath

Blood feeds the war machine as it eats its way across the land We don't need the feel the sorrow No remorse is the one command

War without end No remorse No repent We don't care what it meant Another day Another death Another sorrow Another breath No remorse No repent We don't care what it meant Another day Another death Another sorrow Another breath

Only the strong survive No one to save the weaker race We are ready to kill all comers Like a loaded gun right at your face

War without end No remorse No repent We don't care what it meant Another day Another death Another sorrow Another breath No remorse No repent We don't care what it meant Another day Another death Another sorrow Another breath

Attack

Bullets are flying People are dying with madness surrounding all hell's breaking loose Soldiers are hounding Bodies are mounting cannons are shouting to take their abuse With war machines going Blood starts to flowing No mercy given to anyone hear The furious fighting Swords are like lighting It all becomes frightening to you Know death is near

No remorse

I'm definitely thinking of Harvester of Sorrow for the child abuse song. There's that line about "infanticide" in there somewhere. You make good points with Battery, No Remorse, and Damage Inc. though; with Battery being the best of the bunch for AC-130 background music. My brother has suggested "I Am the Law" by Anthrax.
