Death the band
slayer's war ensemble
slayer's raining blood

disturbed voices
disturbed the sickness
marilyn mansons irresponisble hate anthem
slipknots wait and bleed
left any out?

And you're absolutely right on Blackened. What's that stinkin' nicotine line doing in there anyway? Figures I picked up on one tobacco line out of a whole song that has nothing else to do with it.

Yes, Harvester has the word infanticide in it. But Dyers Eve is a continual and direct commentary on parents and their actions.

War Pigs by Black Sabbath. this one for TITLE ALONE. the message may not be what we are trying to convey at this time, but you must admit, the title is pretty fitting....

Megadeth's a good pick. Particularly "Reckoning Day"
I like the way that I make you itch
And all the reasons I give you to bitch
And how I make you wanna scream in pain
And feel your life is just a losing game
I like the way that you let me in
The way you looked when the walls cave in
I like the way that your stomach knots
And how you cry for it all to stop
I like the way that you fool yourself
And make beliefe there's nobody else
I like the way that you stand in line
And beg salvation from the empty skies
Don't want no revenge
Aint no pay back time
It aint called getting even
Here comes the reckoning day
I like the things that you try to fake
And your face when I see you brake
And that you say you will pray for me
You realize you are prey for me
I like the way you stay on attack
No matter what you keep coming back
And how you try to hold me down
But you end up driven to the ground

Just in case anybody's still paying attention to this thread, someone's suggested Tool's "Jerk-Off." The title doesn't seem on point, but the song is right on. I'm liking the ones that are written in the first person and directly addressing the target individual. Actually, this song fits right in with the picture that started this whole thread in the first place.
Someone told me once
that there's a right and wrong,
and that punishment
would come to those
who dare to cross the line.
But it must not be true
for jerk-offs like you.
Maybe it takes longer to catch a total ***hole.
but I'm tired of waiting.
Maybe it's just bull**** and I should play GOD,
and shoot you myself.
Because I'm tired of waiting.
Consequences dictate
our course of action
and it doesn't matter what's right.
It's only wrong if you get caught.
If consequences dictate
my course of action
I should play GOD
and shoot you myself.
I'm very tired of waiting.
shoot you,
kick you,
beat you,
**** you,
shoot you in your f****** head.

Great graphic. But I think Metallica's old battle cry is a better description of where bin Laden's head is at. Here's a toast...
Hey, Osama...Metal Up Your ...!

So many people, including most Freepers, have no clue at all how much patriotic music is out there in the land of Metal. Can't get past the guitar, I guess. Seems like only Metal and Country music offer anything relating to patriotism.
A football teammate of mine didn't like metal, didn't understand it. I told him, "Metal is the music that best fits the feeling I get when I'm on the kickoff team, running downfield like a maniac at full speed on my way to taking someone's head off. Intense." That analogy he could relate to. He started listing to Metallica before games at first, then soon after "became one of us", another Metal fan.
Then, I didn't have to listen to that Top 40 crap anymore when going somewhere in his ride.

Ok I'll play.
Motorhead - Ace of spades
Not as appropriate perhaps as seek and destroy but they kick butt
Iron Maiden- Several: Ace's high. great fighter pilot song.
Die with you boots on.
The Trooper
and my suggestion for a Taliban theme song..... Run for the Hills.

I think MegaDeths Crush 'em is a good pick.
To: WolfsView

To: deathscythex
Yep
Crush 'Em
Enter the arena and hit the lights
Step up now you're in for a ride
this is war, ain't no fun and games
we get it up, you go down in flames
Party time, going down
you better not mess us around
the stakes are rich, take a hit or stay
the price is high, someone's gonna pay
Heads I win, tails you lose
out of my way I'm coming through
roll the dice don't think twice
and we crush, crush 'em
Looking for trouble, now you've found it
you're a drum and we're gonna pound it
Last one standing wins the fight
hear us scream and shout all night
down on the floor and eat the grit
this is gonna hurt a little bit
Heads I win, tails you lose
out of my way I'm coming through
roll the dice don't think twice
and we crush, crush 'em
Now we lay you down to rest
you'll never be more than second best
step inside you're in for a ride
and we crush, crush 'em
Don't need reason, don't want names
just a John Doe to put to shame
step aside let me explain
the name of the game is pain
Now we've found you
We're gonna pound you
We're gonna beat you
Gonna defeat you
We're gonna bust you
We're gonna crush you
We're gonna crush 'em

Cool! a metal thread!
How about the Navy's recent commercials with Godsmack's 'Alive'? I would have edited it much more violently, but the Navy would have gotten roasted for it. I can just see some kid signing up at the recruitment office. He walks in with a shaved head and so many metal ornaments stuck in his face that he looks like somebody slapped him with a tackle box. The recruiter says, "Congratulations, son, you are now the property of the US Government. Here's your rifle, your rations, your combat ready CD player, and your Godsmack disc."
How about 'Just one of those days' by the Bizkit? Or anything by WHite Zombie? Good combat music....

Did you hear Scott Ian said he was considering changing Anthrax's name? He said that in the current climate, having a band named Anthrax was like being called "Freddie Hitler and the Crooners" during the forties!
