I wonder what Hillary Clinton, Janet Reno and Sarah Brady would think if they read these stories about incompetent Americans who defended their own lives with a gun? There are over one thousand of these stories on the internet site I got these off of (http://www.healylaw.com/self-def.htm).

They are perfectly aware of these incidents, and it won't diminish their efforts one iota. Gun-control democRats aren't impressed with common sense, logic or truth. What they are after is disarmament, and they will not stop until they get it done.
They want total submission on our part so that they can seek their goals of Marxism without fear of armed reprisal. H. Clinton and S. Brady are Communists, pure and simple, and the fact that Americans can defend themselves effectively with firearms is to them all the more reason to seek total gun control.

What will you do when the intruder you shoot turns out to be an FBI agent on a sneak-and-peak; if the lawmakers have their way.

Thank you for these! The only time in my entire life I've ever actually needed a gun, I saved a woman's life with it. I'd greatly prefer never to have to do so again, but would have to consider myself less than a human being if I were to look the other way.
By the way, can anyone bring me up to date on the status of the agreement Smith & Wesson signed with the Snopes Clinton-Liar Gore régime? Has is been rescinded? If so, when and by whom? Is it still in effect? Thanks!

4. When Joe Clark noticed several youths attempting to steal his Ford Bronco early one morning, he knew time was of the essence. Grabbing his .45-caliber handgun, a naked Clark ran to his vehicle. "I thought that grabbing my pants isn't going to save my life-my gun is," he commented later. Given Clark's Fu Manchu-style mustache, myriad piercings, and tattoo-imprinted body, the Forward Township, Pennsylvania, resident and proprietor of Tattoos by Booney Joe must have appeared quite the terror to the gang. "The cops said they never saw kids so scared in their life," said Clark of the suspects who were quickly apprehended. (Butler Eagle, Butler, PA, 4/20/00)

22. An Arizona prosecutor, awakened to noises in his home one morning, feared he was about to become the target of a gang-sanctioned "hit" as payback for his work in trying drug cases. In fact, the Prescott man was under attack not from assassins, but from burglars who had broken out a window on the lower floor and were attempting to steal his prized musical instruments. He was ready. "I had a .25 in the desk, and I got it out and racked it," he reported. When an intruder entered his bedroom and ignored the order to "freeze," the prosecutor fired. Police later tracked down several individuals suspected in a rash of burglaries in the area. One suffered from gunshot wounds to his buttocks, upper arm, and hand. "People can defend themselves, absolutely, if they feel that their lives or the lives of others are threatened," remarked Prescott Police spokesman Sgt. Shane Reed. (The Daily Courier, Prescott, AZ, 6/5/00) Before anyone draws any parallels between this case, and the prosecutor/gun control advocate who was killed by an assassin a week or so ago, in that case, the gun control advocate never had a chance, he was shot from someone outside his house... and before you say "a gun could have saved his life," for all we know, he HAD a gun. After all, even though he was a gun control advocate, those people believe themselves to be "special," and many of them own handguns, especially important people like prosecutors.

i stopped 2 crimes myself with my firearms without even firing a shot. something about looking down the bore of a 12 guage pump or .45 long colt seems to make the aggressor very meek. one crime was an assault and the other a burglary. sure felt good!!! but i would have no qualms about pulling the trigger either. SNIPER'S RULE!!

Why don't we get an initiative in California started and get some signatures to sign into law the destruction of gun control like handgun licensing SB35 and the Assault Weapons Ban of 1999? Put it on the voters ballot and let them decide. It's atleast worth a try. Get a proposition that the voters can decide and not the liberal gun control proponents. Or are there too many people in California that are anti-freedom and hate firearms for this?
