You already do. Read the "ingredients" on almost anything you buy. (How do you think soy went from hog feed to a $60 Billion industry?)

Actually, it has more than just the estrogen mimics. The soy you eat today is far different from the soy the asians developed their foods from; and the chemicals they put it through to come up with the "isoflavones" should make the vegetarians' friends, the environmentalists, shudder.

They can, so they did. The marketplace will vote it up or down and I don't think you'll see any government subsidies. We'll know when we're in real trouble when they start to win the arguement that turkey shit is harming the environment, the leading cause of global warming, and.... yada, yada, yada.
