Sandpoint, ID In an effort to help solve the anthrax mail mystery one behavioral science and public health expert has advanced a viable, yet unspeakable, industrial espionage theory. Despite forwarding evidence to more than 1,500 F.B.I. personnel and every member of Congress in recent weeks, the resulting avoidance of his controversial theory has angered political observers, grassroots activists, and news investigators alike. It is becoming increasingly clear that F.B.I. officials may be politically incapable of solving the case given the back off orders they received from the Bush administration.

The Harvard-trained investigator, Dr. Leonard Horowitz, has used the F.B.I.'s own methods and materials in the past for tracking serial killers. He has published numerous books and scientific articles specifically in the field of criminal investigations concerning cases in which people have spread HIV, the AIDS virus, as biological weapons to frighten and kill victims. Since October 1, two weeks before the first anthrax mailing, he has called on the nation's chief law enforcement bureau to simply do its job. Officials have yet to respond, pursue his leads, or solve the mystery.(1, 2)

A serial killer's motivation is always paramount in every search and profiling of suspects, Dr. Horowitz explains. Suddenly, F.B.I. officials seem uninterested in this criminology fundamental. Even on television, homicide investigators begin by asking who profits most by murder. Closest kin and wealth recipients are typically scrutinized. So why haven't official investigators, or the mainstream media, held anthrax and smallpox profiteers up to this customary scrutiny? Some chief suspects are even operating near Trenton, NJ where the anthrax letters originated.

Dr. Horowitz begs the question, Why, with more than two dozen biologicals to choose from in state-run weapons laboratories, has America's incessant focus been limited to anthrax and smallpox threats? Could the drug-makers who produce the only state-sanctioned remedies for these agents be economically and politically related to policy-makers?

Apparently they are, according to mounting evidence.

Dr. Horowitz explains that standard F.B.I. serial killer investigations, like that of Unibomber Ted Kaczynski, who sent explosives through the mail, are supported by analyzing the developmental histories of suspects. He asks, Might the histories of implicated drug companies, including those that are demanding court warrants for F.B.I. access to their labs, reflect those historically linked to murder, or even mass genocide?

Developmental History

In fact, the only FDA endorsed anthrax antibiotic, Cipro, and government purchased smallpox vaccine, are products of companies that evolved directly from Germany's infamous WWII military-industrial cartel, I.G. Farben. Cipro is produced by Bayer AG, while the smallpox vaccine's newly formed producers are Acambis (previously OraVax), partnered with Baxter and Aventis, created in 1999 by parent companies Hoechst and Rhone-Poulenc. All have severely jaded histories.

Bayer and Hoechst were two of The Big Three companies formed following the decartelization of I.G. Farben. The CIA immediately took over their corporate headquarters in Frankfurt, which had curiously escaped allied bombings. Historians explain that the Farben complex had been protected by military officials obligated to John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil Company, half owner of the Farben cartel.(3)

Soon after the CIA began operations in the Farben building, Bayer and Hoechst were reorganized in 1951 under the direction of the Allied High Commission, largely influenced by U.S. High Commissioner John J. McCloy, a lawyer and banker from Philadelphia, with intimate ties to Rockefeller banking and oil interests. After decartelization, the I.G. Farben labor camps were consolidated into The Big Three holding companies --Bayer, Hoechst, and BASF, for the benefit of the stockholders.

Hermann Schmitz, president of Bayer A.G and I.G. Farben during WWII, who also largely directed the Deutsche Bank, held as much stock in Standard Oil of New Jersey as did the Rockefellers, according to former CBS News war correspondent Paul Manning who thanked CIA director Dulles for his historic accounts. On August 10, 1944, the Rockefeller-Farben partners moved their flight capital through affiliated German/French, American, British and Swiss banks for the new Germany, according to Manning. This secured the sophisticated distribution of national and corporate assets to safe havens thoughout the world, and assured the continuation and further development of the Neuordnung (new order) for both global petrochemical-pharmaceutical and banking cartels.(2)

Historic records showed in the legal battle of Standard Oil (NJ) et. al v. Clark, in 1947, that U.S. Circuit Court Judge Charles Clark found this unholy alliance between America's wealthiest company and the Farben cartel was nothing short of an enemy national. The judge wrote that the Rockefeller plaintiffs became enemy nationals [i.e., traitors] after the outbreak of the war, since their concealment of I.G. assets continued thereafter. Such underhanded manipulations for war profits prompted President Dwight D. Eisenhower, in his Farewell Address to the Nation in 1961, to urge diligence regarding the military-industrial complex and the potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power.(3)

More Modern Machinations

In 1998, a lucrative defense department contract was granted to a new company, Bioport Corporation, for the production of a largely untested anthrax vaccine. The firm was formed principally by Saudi financier Fuad El-Hibri, reportedly connected to Bin Laden family businesses and investments. Bioport's predecessor, the failing Michigan Biologic Products Institute (affiliated with Michigan State University) failed to secure FDA approval on their anthrax vaccine for several reasons, including excessive contaminations and poor record keeping. Others joining El-Hibri on the Board of Directors of Bioport included Reagan staffer and Clinton advisor Admiral William J. Crowe, Jr., former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Senior Advisor for Global Options, an industrial think tank whose members included former Director of Central Intelligence, R. James Woolsey. In recent years Mr. Woolsey has been a leading financial consultant who lectures extensively on industrial espionage.(4)

Howard L. Rosenberg of ABC NEWS reported in March, 1999, that Bioport's exclusive $29 million contract with the U.S. Department of Defense to manufacture, test, bottle and store the anthrax vaccine was overtly specious. According to former Central Intelligence Agency military analyst Patrick Eddington, the estimated $60 million worth of anthrax vaccine Bioport is expected to produce for the Defense Department over the next five years could just be the beginning. The Pentagon has a $322 million, 10-year program to develop at least three, and perhaps as many as a dozen additional biological warfare vaccines. . . . These have never really been tested, and most importantly, no one has provided data to validate the threat."(5)

Another major stockholder of Bioport, Corp, according to Chicago judicial system investigator Sherman Skolnick and others (6,7), is The Carlyle Group,a $12 billion private investment firm and the 11th leading defense contractor. This group's Chief Executive Officer, Frank C. Carlucci, III, was a key CIA operations director in Sub-Saharan Africa at the time AIDS broke out, and was National Security Advisor during the Iran-contra scandal. Other Carlyle Group officials include former cabinet members of the George H.W. Bush administration such as Secretary of State James A. Baker, III, and members of the Bin Laden family.

Mr. Baker and the senior Bush are likewise linked to another experimental vaccine producer, Tanox Biomedical Systems of Houston, Texas. This Baylor College of Medicine affiliated lab is currently a defendant in a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of Huntsville, TX prisoners and civilians who received Mycoplasma contaminated vaccines and resulting infections. Their diseases are astonishingly similar to those seen in the Gulf War Syndrome, even though their vaccine experiments began years before Operation Desert Storm.(8)

Updating the international intrigue visiting these military vaccine producers, according to the Wall Street Journal, (Sept. 28, 2001), "The father of President Bush, works for the bin Laden family business in Saudi Arabia through the Carlyle Group. . ."

Exposing the Bioterror Cartel

There is a the strong probability that today's widely heralded biological threats such as smallpox, though potentially real, may be orchestrated by multinational corporations and best reflect industrial espionage activities. The media targeted anthrax mailings that have effectively wagged the dog for drug-maker profit is a classic example of this new form of bioterrorism and military-medical profiteering.

Retired L.A. Police Department investigator-turned-journalist Michael Ruppert agrees. He has published numerous articles implicating Bush administration and CIA officials in profit-making from various forms of terrorism following September 11. Reinforcing the Carlyle Group connection, Mr. Ruppert wrote that The senior Bush had met with the Bin Laden family at least twice in the last three years,1998 and 2000, as a representative of Carlyle, seeking to expand business dealings with one of the wealthiest Saudi families, which some experts argue, has never fully severed its ties with black sheep Osama.(7)

The political strength and identity of these unsavory parties connected to Bush and Bioport, and possibly other recently formed vaccine and drug companies conveniently positioned and illegally contracted to take advantage of anthrax and smallpox bioterrorism, bodes badly for the FBI. The bureau's apparent unwillingness to follow Dr. Horowitz's anthrax mailing leads is best reconciled by the following facts. According to a recent BBC report instigated by investigative reporter Greg Palast for Britain's premier Sunday Newspaper, The Observer, FBI and [U.S.] military intelligence officials in Washington say they were prevented for political reasons from carrying out full investigations into members of the Bin Laden family in the US before the terrorist attacks of September 11. . . . FBI files were closed in 1996 apparently before any conclusions could be reached on either of the Bin Laden brothers . . . They said the restrictions became worse after the Bush administration took over this year. The intelligence agencies had been told to back off from investigations involving other members of the Bin Laden family, the Saudi royals, and possible Saudi links to the acquisition of nuclear weapons by Pakistan. There were particular investigations that were effectively killed, F.B.I. and intelligence officers in Washington told the BBC.(9)

Conflicts of Interest, Illegalities, and Lies

Recently, according to Dr. Sidney M. Wolfe, health director at Ralph Nader's Public Citizen Health Research Group, illegal meetings have been conducted between Bush administration officials, including Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Tommy Thompson, and principals of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA). Their covertly managed Emergency Preparedness Task Force, in violation of federal transparency laws for such decision-making bodies, is touting orders for enough drugs and vaccines to protect every American against the threats of anthrax and smallpox. The PhRMA task force is directed by Aventis executive and anthrax mailing conspiracy suspect Richard Markham.(10)

Apparent illegalities did not deter Secretary Thompson from ordering more than $100 million worth of Bayer's Cipro, at the bargain price of $.90 per tablet when other companies offered equally effective and lower risk substitutes for a few pennies each, and then for free. On October 25, 2001, Mr. Thompson also asked Congress for another $500 million to produce enough of the Acambis/Aventis smallpox vaccine so every American will be assured there is a dose with his or her name on it if it is needed. This, despite CDC official admissions that people already vaccinated probably shouldn't take it, and the smallpox vaccine will require extensive testing.(11,12)

Meanwhile, much like Bioport, Acambis's suspicious evolution in recent months from the failing OraVax corporation has many observers wondering.(13) OraVax had been likewise linked to shady backroom dealings with Clinton administration officials in 1998 regarding government orders for the (yet to be tested) West Nile Virus vaccine. His prophetically titled book released in June, Dr. Horowitz's Death in the Air: Globalism, Terrorism and Toxic Warfare (Tetrahedron Publishing Group; 1-888-508-4787) recorded a stealth meeting between Dr. Thomas Monath, the Vice President of OraVax (now Acambis), President Clinton, Janet Reno, CIA Director John Deutsch, and American Type Culture Collection (ATCC) curator Dr. Joshua Lederberg, a former Rockefeller University President and Council on Foreign Relations bioterrorism study group leader. (14)

What concerns me is not that a business deal was struck, albeit illegally, Dr. Horowitz said, but that Dr. Lederberg had falsely assured the American military and public that no biological weapons were used during the Gulf War despite his knowledge that the ATCC, under his watch, sent nineteen shipments of various strains of anthrax suitable for weapons production to Sadam Hussein in the years leading up to Desert Storm, and that tens of thousands of vets may have suffered and died from Gulf War syndrome as a result. These people, largely directing the public health response to bioterrorism, are completely untrustworthy.

Dr. Horowitz's allegations are documented in the U.S. Congressional Record from Don Reigle's committee hearings concerning Gulf War syndrome. The Reigle report exposed ATCC as the chief supplier of biological weapons strains to virtually anyone with a lab, including pharmaceutical companies.(15) Since the mailed anthrax strain is certified American, it likely originated from ATCC.

So when the New York Times (November 9, 2001) reported ATCC vice president Nancy Wysocki saying, We have a very close working relationship with many of the federal agencies, including the FBI, the conspiracy of silence Dr. Horowitz was witnessing made even more sense.

It's not particularly reassuring that the F.B.I. and the ATCC have a close working relationship, Dr. Horowitz said. Nor am I pleased to learn that the new delinquent biotech firms are financed by Bush and Bin Laden family members and associates. This does explain, however, why even after hand delivering urgent requests for bureau officials to investigate these white-collar criminals for possible industrial espionage in the anthrax mailings, they never had the courtesy to respond.

Federal Bungling Incompetents or Pawns in a Global Game

In fact, Dr. Horowitz initially hand-delivered a memo to his regional F.B.I. office on October 1, 2001, almost two weeks before the first anthrax letter was sent from Trenton, New Jersey to the American Media building in Boca Raton, Florida. His action was prompted after reading the Oklahoma City bombing grand jury investigation, The Final Report, commissioned by then State Representative Charles Key. It stated that German-based neo-Nazi's were known to have masterminded both airline hijackings and U.S. military installation bombings by the PLO. This matched what the F.B.I. had reported, and reinforced the German connection to what was obviously a Cipro and smallpox vaccine sales scam. The former was likewise reported by the Washington Times.(4)

The F.B.I. reported that the silica-mixed anthrax powder required expensive equipment, as well as a bioweapons savvy microbiologist, to produce. They had ruled out Islamic terrorist groups, but not state-sponsored crimes. This likewise suggested to Dr. Horowitz a white collar gang was behind the mailings.(16)

The New York Times (November 11, 2001) also reported that F.B.I. agents were denied access to some pharmaceutical companies in New Jersey. These companies demanded agents present a subpoena before they would grant access to their files.(14) Dr. Horowitz found this additionally suspicious, if not seriously incriminating, especially since Aventis, one of his primary suspects, had two plants within forty-five minutes drive from Trenton.

I should think that any company with nothing to hide would welcome the bureau's inquiry, Dr. Horowitz said, especially at this time of national emergency. To him the drug firms response seemed like Gestapo tactics rather than amiable support.

I've asked the F.B.I. to thoroughly investigate the possibility of industrial espionage being perpetrated by Bayer corporate officials as well as possibly Dr. Thomas Monath, the Vice President of OraVax/Acambis, and affiliated officials at Aventis. I've also urged an inquiry into ATCC curator Dr. Joshua Lederberg, and the financial interests he represents, including Rockefeller pharmaceutical and banking interests, Dr. Horowitz said.

The trouble is, in the real world of power politics, economic espionage, and bioterrorism, this level of investigation and mainstream exposure is close to impossible.

In recent days bureau officials said they are closing in on a suspect for a breakthrough in the case. Dr. Horowitz concluded that, It wouldn't surprise me, given the high stakes and to save face, our intelligence community would manufacture another Lee Harvey Oswald. In this new world, our great American law enforcement agency, under restraints posed by the Bush administration and the CIA, has been reduced to a group of Federal Bungling Incompetents.

FYI, there is an article posted at Cryptome.Org about anthrax and a possible connection with Plum Island. Our B weapons labs used to be at Plum Island, off Long Island, and were turned over to a provate company during Willie's years. They've some labor problems. There is a ferry to Conn. Article is a good read but don't have link.

Has it been established that this letter came from Trenton?

Now if this statement had occured at the start of the article instead of at the end,I could have stopped reading there.-Tom

Good luck with the book Dr. Horowitz, and how nice of your publisher to issue this SPECIAL RELEASE complete with instructions for ordering. I have a question, though.

If your true motivation is to help solve the anthrax problem, why did you not give the FBI and Congress reasonable time to respond to your expose? Could it be that your real motivation is selling books?

There was no letter found at AMI at all, hence no one has the foggiest idea where it was mailed from.

Also, there was no CIA until 1947, which renders a lot of other stuff in this fairly comical article inaccurate....and the OSS was dissolved in 1945.

Get out the tin foil. Next the Black Helicoptors will swoop out of the sky to prevent the FBI from doing their duty. Or maybe he will report next that our drug problems in this country were caused by Bayer asperin being spiked with Cocaine to addict the most vulerable among us. Bulls---!

"Dr. Leonard Horowitz - a dentist with a Harvard MPH, happens to also be a Messianic Jew, and a survivalist.

Loaded with books, tapes, and products to sell, Dr. Horowitz blames most of the problems in the world on a conspiracy borne out of the Eugenics movement of the 1920s, the Queen's Royal Family, George Bush's father, Henry Kissinger, Hillary Clinton, and Tyson Foods, just to start.

Science and Health; Controversial Claims On Aids Origin
All Africa Press Service

(snip)

Now a new book published in the United States late last year is set to fuel the apprehension of millions of people worldwide. Entitled, Emerging Viruses - the Story of AIDS and Ebola, it was researched by an American dentist Dr. Leonard Horowitz, who worked on it since 1990.

The new title reproduces United States Defence Department papers of 1970, relating to Dr. Henry Kissinger's directive to American scientists to produce AIDS type viruses.

The book traces the mass outbreak of AIDS in the early 80s to the 1974 vaccination with a Hepatitis B Vaccine that it claims was first tested on the gay (homosexual) community and mentally retarded children in New York.

The author claims that later the same year, this same vaccine was tested in Eastern Zaire, Central Africa and North-Western Uganda. Dr. Horowitz says this contamination was by accident.

Dr. Horowitz who claims he stumbled on the evidence in 1990 told the Voice of America - Voices of Africa programme that the AIDS viruses came originally from monkeys that had been modified by a team of American researchers led by Dr. Robert Gallo - the man reputed to have discovered the HIV or AIDS causing virus.

He claims the researchers had modified the viruses to see if primate (i.e. originating from monkeys or chimpanzees) viruses could cause cancers in humans.

"The primate virus - the HIV precursor - was first implanted in white cells which allowed it to bridge the gap between human and primates. That is how the jump occurred," the researcher explains.

Dr. Horowitz says that Dr. Gallo virtually told a lie about "discovering" the HIV virus. A substantial amount of research with these modified viruses were done in north-western Uganda.

According to Dr. Horowitz, other key players in the development of the killer virus included a founder of an American drug company and biological warfare expert who came to the United States from Germany after the Second World War.

Citing 1970 Department of Defence appropriation papers, the book blames Dr Henry Kissinger,United States Secretary of State at the time as the author of the campaign to develop anti-immune system viruses for warfare purposes. The Department of Defence papers show $10 million was made available to researchers for the purpose.

Others who have blamed Dr. Kissinger include Capt. Joyce Riley of the Texas- based Gulf War Veterans Association.

She told the World Wide Christian Radio that she had stumbled across papers implicating Dr. Kissinger by accident while researching the series of strange diseases that have reportedly killed 15,000 Americans since the end of the Gulf War in 1991.

But an official of the Washington-based National Cancer Institute who contributed to the Voice of Africa programme said the retro- viruses (the class of HIV precursors found in primates such as monkeys) had modified themselves naturally and entered the human body through food and other pathways.

Dr. Raoul Benveniste insisted on the programme that the technology for the modification of viruses was not available at the time. "The retroviruses are only present in African primates. This is why the disease originated in Africa," he said.

Musical Code for 'Miracles' and World Healing Found in Bible;
Ancient Frequencies Intrigue Scientists, Musicians and Religious Scholars

SANDPOINT, Idaho, Sept. 2

The ancient musical scale, called the Solfeggio, that according to authorities includes tones for "miracles," and possibly world healing, has been reportedly discovered in the Bible by an Idaho physician and minister of the gospel.

The repeating six tones, electromagnetic frequencies, include the mathematical code recognized by experts to help repair damaged DNA -- the genetic blueprint of life, according to Dr. Joseph Barber, a nautorpathic physician. Documentation and analyses are provided in Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse (Tetrahedron Press, $26.95; 888-508-4787). See http://www.tetrahedron.org . Dr. Barber and lead author Dr. Leonard Horowitz, a Harvard graduate and public health authority, spent three years researching the six tones that physicists and musicians say include harmonic sequences similar to those found in the "wedding march."

"The entire series of tones appears to relate to the Christian bride," and the '144,000' predicted in the Book of Revelation to be gathered by God during the great tribulation to sing a special song heralding the Messianic age," Dr. Horowitz says.

Dr. Barber found the ancient codes in the Book of Numbers, Chapter 7, verses 12 through 83. When simply deciphered using the ancient Pythagorean method of reducing the verse numbers to their single digit integers, sound frequencies are revealed. These correspond to the original tones in the great hymn to St. John the Baptist, lost centuries ago according to church officials. "These unique tones were believed to impart spiritual blessings when sung in harmony during religious masses," Dr. Horowitz added.

Stunningly, the third tone in the series is the exact frequency used by genetic biochemists to repair damaged DNA -- the genetic blueprint of life, according to Dr. Horowitz and Dr. Lee Lorenzen, a world renowned biochemist working with water crystallization methods to rejuvenate DNA.

"I was intrigued by the frequencies of the healing codes," said Dr. Lorenzen. "The third frequency is well known to scientists working on DNA repair." Dr. Lorenzen believes this "528" frequency might be beneficial in delaying aging.

DENTIST PRESCRIBES CONSPIRACIES; MODERN MEDICINE SPREADING PLAGUES FOR PROFIT, SAYS PROLIFIC AUTHOR, SPEAKER

By  Heather Lalley, Staff writer
SANDPOINT, Idaho

The 7-year-old bounces downstairs, licking a chocolate Popsicle.

''Alena, were you vaccinated?'' her dad asks.

''Uh-uh.''

''Tell me what you think about vaccinations?'' he presses.

''Ick.''

Dr. Leonard Horowitz beams.

Horowitz, a dentist by training, has spent years preaching the evils of immunization. Vaccines killed his mother, he says, and crippled his wife's siblings. He blames childhood shots for his own painful eczema. But vaccines aren't the only thing this selfdescribed conspiracy theorist of public health has set upon to expose. He sees much of mainstream medicine as a vast and complex cover-up, one that is spreading plagues around the world in an evil mix of money-making and population control.

Horowitz runs a growing anti-establishment information empire, Tetrahedron, Inc., out of a crowded office in his Sandpoint home. From here, he distributes almost two dozen self-published books, videos and audio tapes dealing largely with ''military-medical-industrial malfeasance and U.S. government cover-up,'' his marketing materials say.

His staff of two full-time and two part-time employees book speaking engagements for him around the country. He's a popular speaker at Y2K preparedness expos and alternative medicine conferences. He's been a guest on the nationally syndicated Art Bell Show, the ''X-Files'' of the radio dial, several times.

Horowitz is intense. Charismatic. Articulate. A perpetual salesman of himself and his beliefs.

Public health officials, though, call him dangerous, a threat to improving vaccination rates they say are necessary to save lives.

''This isn't foolish conspiracy nonsense,'' says Horowitz, a Harvard graduate. ''This is scientific fact ... I am a scientist. I am a researcher. I dig up facts and then I, based on the facts, have to draw conclusions.''

It's his conclusions, though, that even some of his supporters find tough to fathom.

Take his views on AIDS.

Horowitz claims that scientists knowingly created AIDS by using infected monkeys to develop vaccines that were later tested on gay men in New York City and people in Central Africa. The disease made money for pharmaceutical companies and furthered a population-control agenda set decades earlier by wealthy families like the Rockefellers and even Britain's royals, Horowitz says.

''As far as a grand conspiracy, I don't buy it,'' said Da Vid, a holistic doctor in San Francisco who has championed some of Horowitz's work uncovering government documents concerning AIDS. ''He's giving too much credit to these people being so well organized ... I told him directly I thought he'd gone off the deep end.''

Horowitz, 47, admits the path that brought him from suburban dentistry to conspiracy-theory central is a strange one.

His life is one of contradictions: a dentist who has veered far from mainstream medicine. A Jewish boy who was bar mitzvahed but now embraces Christian doctrine and wears a Star of David with a cross around his neck. An author of works that range from ''Freedom from Dental Anxiety'' to ''Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse,'' his most recent book. A researcher who says he steadfastly adheres to scientific principles, with a blend of religious and spiritual beliefs.

''I went to dental school because my mother wanted to have her son the dentist,'' Horowitz says. ''From the moment I graduated I knew I wanted to get involved in research. I simply want to put the pieces of the puzzle together.''

Horowitz grew up in Pennsauken, N.J. He received his undergraduate degree in biological sciences at Rutgers, his dental degree from Tufts University, and a master's degree in public health and behavioral science from Harvard University. He also holds a master's in holistic studies from Beacon College in Washington, D.C.

''His education is incredible,'' says Paris Perez, 46, of Rockport, Mass., Horowitz's former dental patient and girlfriend who helped him found Tetrahedron, Inc. ''He's enthusiastic. That's Lenny's gift. He has a real enthusiasm for what he's involved in, a way of getting other people excited about an idea.''

Tetrahedron was born in 1978, after Horowitz and Perez attended a lecture by architect Buckminster Fuller called ''Making the World Work for Everyone.'' Fuller argued that if people want to make a difference in the world, they should do it now.

''After that meeting we left and we formed our nonprofit organization,'' Horowitz says. ''A tetrahedron is the most stable structure in the physical universe, a four-sided equilateral triangular structure that can withstand forces equally in any direction. It's a tribute to Buckminster Fuller.''

The goals of Tetrahedron, as stated in its articles of organization, are to help people ''experience health in body, mind and spirit'' and ''create harmonious social relationships within safe and supportive physical environments'' to benefit all of mankind.

By 1997, the nonprofit corporation was earning close to $ 400,000 a year, tax records show, from sales of Horowitz's books, audio tapes and videos. Tetrahedron has since dropped its nonprofit status, and Horowitz said he plans to reincorporate in Idaho.

He spent 16 years as a dentist, practicing in Rochester, N.Y., Boston and Gloucester, Mass. He began using holistic health techniques like massage, acupuncture and chiropractics on his dental patients.

''A lot of the doctors who were doing that would get hassled, but I had a Harvard master's of public health degree behind me,'' Horowitz says with bravado.

Perez, who first visited Horowitz for a root canal, said she appreciated his innovation.

By using relaxation techniques, Perez says, she was able to undergo root canals and have teeth pulled without anesthesia.

In the early 1990s, while working as chief professional adviser for a large health-care products distributor, Horowitz began investigating the case of a Florida dentist, Dr. David Acers, who infected his patients with AIDS.

When he began his research, Horowitz says he hoped to allay public fears about catching diseases from dentists.

''That's ultimately where I fell into a government cover-up,'' Horowitz says. ''The government covered up almost all the incriminating evidence against the Florida dentist. ... Ultimately they covered up the fact that Dr. David Acers' personality profile, crime scene profile and developmental history matched virtually identically the profiles of 36 serial killers ... Acers said he was doing it intentionally because he believed he was dying of a virus the government created.''

With that revelation gleaned from court testimony and other documents, Horowitz says, he lost his job. His finding ran counter to the money-making enterprise of training dentists in preventing the spread of disease, he says.

A spokeswoman from Melville, N.Y.-based Henry Schein Co., where Horowitz worked, said she had no information on why he left the company in 1993.

But Horowitz didn't stop his research on AIDS with the Florida dentist.

''I have this personality quirk that developed when I was very young because I was one of those people who was told I would never amount to anything,'' he says. ''You tell me I can't do something and I'll show you.''

So he sold his dental practice, cashed in his children's college fund and poured about $ 330,000 into a three-year investigation.

His conclusions became the basis for ''Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola - Nature, Accident or Intentional?,'' his 1997 book that continues to sell well at the online bookstore Amazon.com. Horowitz says he's sold about 40,000 copies.

The book implicates Merck & Co., a large pharmaceutical manufacturer, among others, for engineering the virus that causes AIDS.

Merck officials say they have looked into Horowitz's claims and have found nothing.

''I don't think there's anything in the scientific or medical literature that would support what he says,'' says Isabelle Claxton, executive director of public affairs for Merck's vaccine division. ''The critical factor in science is that the claims have to be able to be revalidated by someone else and none of that has happened.''

Vaccines undergo rigorous tests before they're put on the market,'' Claxton says.

''Each batch is checked several times,'' she says. ''It's not like we do this in a garage.''

Horowitz, his second wife, Jackie (he was married for three months in the early 1980s), and two daughters moved to North Idaho last year. Jackie, 42, is expecting the couple's third child any day. The new baby will join 7-year-old Alena Netia, which means ''light of the burning bush,'' and 4-year-old Aria Katriel, ''lionness, crown of God.''

The sound of ringing phones mingles with the noise of carpenters sawing and hammering at the Horowitz' secluded home off Lake Pend Oreille. The couple is planning an organic orchard and trout pond for the back yard.

''It's a pleasure to be up in Sandpoint, in North Idaho, where I would say at least a large minority if not a majority of people recognize that what the government is up to most of the time is a scam,'' he says.

North Idaho is also where Horowitz met the man he calls Dr. Joseph Barber, a Clark Fork naturopath who became the co-author of Horowitz's latest book.

''I'm not comfortable yet using his real name,'' Horowitz says. ''He refuses to have me use his real name. There is a whole other story that I can't talk about yet, something really bad and really good happened, but I can't tell you about it yet.''

The book, ''Healing Codes for the Biological Apocalypse,'' published by Tetrahedron last month, hinges on a numerical pattern Barber says was revealed to him on his car windshield while driving home from work. The codes uncover the ''musical and electromagnetic frequencies for spiritual evolution and world healing,'' the book says.

For Phyllis Albee and Marie Rau, public health advocates with the Panhandle Health District, Horowitz never had any credibility.

They point to a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report listing vaccination as one of the 10 great public health achievements in the last century. Because of widespread immunization, the report says, death from smallpox, diphtheria, pertussis, polio and other diseases has almost been wiped out.

Leonard and Jackie Horowitz's new baby will be born at home, they say, partly to eliminate the possibility their child will be immunized against their wishes.

''Given the documentation that is horrific, I can no longer in good conscience as a public health professional recommend that anyone get vaccinated with anything until there is a thorough independent scientific investigation as well as hopefully a congressional investigation,'' Horowitz says.

Horowitz's latest project is much more personal than his earlier works. An autobiography.

He plans to call it ''Horowitz: Stories of Evil, Angels, Heroes and Miracles.''

''It's unbelievable,'' says Horowitz, ever the salesman. ''It's all the most outrageous stories.''

Fowl Play

''Could the outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease affecting global beef markets be an act of industrial espionage rather than nature? Could Tyson Foods Inc., the world's leading meat supplier, be behind the deadly slaughter?'' These concerns are voiced by Dr. Leonard Horowitz, who claims to have previously traced the origins of mad cow disease to a CIA ''industrial espionage'' op, allegedly part of a broader bioterrorist move to reinvigorate the agency by turning it into a corporate gun for hire. Horowitz points the finger at Tyson only in part because execs in the firm were close to the Clintons. He thinks another connection can be found in a supposed E. coli outbreak, which he claims made it easier for the big chicken processor to take over a beef company by driving down its stock price. Then there was the 1997 outbreak of chicken flu in China--yet another sign, in Horowitz's view, of Tyson's hidden hand. All of this undertaken, in Horowitz's view, to drive down competing agribusiness and extend the tentacles of Tyson's chicken monopoly around the world. As of Monday evening, Tyson had no comment.

According to conspiracy buffs, that's just the beginning of the CIA's dirty work. Another theory has it that the U.S. set off a hoof-and-mouth epidemic in Iraq in 1993 during the Persian Gulf war by blowing up a lab that made vaccine to fight the disease. This, too, was a CIA bioterrorist move, killing or crippling millions of animals and contributing to the misery of Iraq's civilian population. At the time, the U.S. claimed the supposed lab was engaged in making germ and biological warfare agents.

Conspire This! seminar on conspiracies
SHEAFFER, ROBERT

On most days, the Santa Clara Convention Center, adjacent to the Santa Clara Westin Hotel and the Technology Mart, is abuzz with the schmoozing of high-tech millionaires, former millionaires, and wannabe-millionaires. But for two days of the Memorial Day weekend, it served as the world headquarters to a little-known resistance movement: the forces (such as they were) that had assembled to oppose the machinations of the Illuminati, the New World Order, MK Ultra, and numerous other shadowy organizations, some of which may even exist.

(snip)

Dr. Leonard Horowitz is an anti-vaccination activist who spoke on "The Toxic Warfare Against Humanity" (see www.tetrahedron.org/aboutus.html). He explained how vaccines are deliberately contaminated by the Rockefeller-Windsor-Bush cabal, who not only make money selling the killer vaccines, but also off the medical treatments resulting from the diseases the vaccines create. The Rockefellers have invented the American medical monopoly, the cancer industry, and eugenics. The Rockefellers control the Alfred P. Sloan philanthropic foundation, which has created many viruses, including AIDS. The Rockefellers are trying to slowly poison us to reduce the population, making profits all the way. The recent West Nile Virus outbreak in the U.S. was a hoax, concocted to sell vaccines. Alzheimer's patients are actually suffering from Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, the human form of Mad Cow disease. The bacteria E. coli is being genetically engineered by the CIA to create killer germs. Wherever WASP-directed capitalism goes, the re also goes genocide.

Horowitz takes very seriously the "Report from Iron Mountain" with its claims of a secret government plot to perpetuate war. But this "document" is actually a hoax, as its author has confessed: see www.museumofhoaxes.com/iron.html. Unlike many of the other speakers, Horowitz, a "Jew for Jesus," is very religious, his talk interspersed with prayer making him sound much like a revivalist. (Most of the other speakers were quite hostile toward organized religion, viewing it as part of the conspiracy.) Today, he warns, vaccine-induced diseases are fulfilling the dreadful prophecies from the Book of Revelations.

<< Found the good Dr. on this quackery page ( which is actually pretty interesting ) WWW.HEALTHWATCHER.NET >>

I don't much about the guy, I was just passing along some information. Think about it --can you really trust the "official" version of events that you read and watch every day? This doesn't mean every alternative view and conspiracy theory is true either, but they're worth looking into imho.

As for the "quackery" page, this doesn't convince me. The AMA and pharmaceutical companies have an obvious financial interest in supressing anyone who proposes alternatives to mainstream medicine. You can hardly expect the establishment to praise someone who's attempting to expose it.

"I was intrigued by the frequencies of the healing codes," said Dr. Lorenzen. "The third frequency is well known to scientists working on DNA repair." Dr. Lorenzen believes this "528" frequency might be beneficial in delaying aging.

This explains "what's the frequency Kenneth". Good to finally figure that one out.

A time traveler, with a teleporting device, came back to a point in history where there was considerable turmoil over the then apparently great danger of the spread of inhalation anthrax, directed a quantity of the spores preserved from the Leahy letter into the nasal passages of a 94-year-old woman in a rather remote part of Connecticut, and cut back to the departure point in time. The investigators in Year 2001, driven by the very mysterious nature of the infection, urge the development of much stronger and more reliable means of combatting anthrax in all its forms, a goal that is carried out by 2005. All livestock and citizens around the world are then treated with this newly developed disease prevention method, and the disease is virtually wiped out, with no known pockets of infection remaining. Anthrax will still exist, it will no longer be a disease threat.

Hey, I listen to Art Bell too. It helps me relax so I can fall asleep. But even Art doesnt believe half his guests. I think Horowitz parents must really resent all the money they wasted on their son's Harvard education. After all, if he can't come up with a more believable chief villain in the world than Queen Elizabeth II, than he really needs to try harder. Calling all Illuminatti...
