Yeah, I wish we would use this Taleban thing to do a little housecleaning. We should drop Ken Bacon into a Taleban prison riot. Or how about Horiuchi? Think he could tell a burqua from a man's tunic?

Now that they have it, what will they do with it, nothing? This seem to be their track record.

Geraldo's gone to Afghanistan so Larry Kramer won't have that venue for his mutterings about Clinton. Well, I think he's about to disappear - no money coming in...good riddance.

I have to disagree. We need to show these people that Bill is now d*ckless and cannot protect them. Relentless pursuit is exactly what will keep Hillary from taking a whack at ruining this nation completely.

dfu, you may recall that I was one of JW's earliest supporters, and also that in the last year I have wondered just what the dickens was going on with them. But they are about the only group still pursuing these scandals. Let's hope something comes of it.

Nolanda was told by Ron Brown to flee the country if he did not make it back from his plane trip. He knew he would be killed to ensure his silence. He didn't make it back , and he's conviently DEAD.She was found living in Canada, hiding out.

Was this a FOIA lawsuit or a FOIA request mischaracterized as a lawsuit by JW? The more I read it, the more I realize, it's a baby step into nothing.

I agree, we must keep the pressure on, but it's been so long and tedious I think all my freeper brothers and sisters have had enough....We are all losing our patience.

Larry fights an uphill battle against strong evil forces. Without him, the public would have never known of some of the scandals. If we had a justice department with huevos, they would be going after Scumbag and Mrs. Scumbag. I applaud John Ashcroft in many areas, but in this one he is much too timid. Some FReepers attack Larry very viciously. Let them be the ones to go to court. Let them fight the battle. He is not using public funds. If people don't like him, don't send money.
May he finally hit big time paydirt and stop the *itch once and for all.

You know, I hope that something comes of this, but it seems that there has been little success at getting at the Clintons through the court system. I applaud JW for trying however. What a thankless task! I was reading a piece on Hitler the other day, and he was the kind of guy that had the same type of luck as the Clintons.
Every crimminal act just rolled right off him.
He was aided by the syncronicity trickster the same way.
I'm beginning to believe in soul reincarnation!

From the duplicate thread directing us here --- "ping -- persistence".
Admirable Persistance.
The same ones who seem to have so much trouble with some of us pointing out bush complicities are swarming on ANY thread about Judicial Watch and their efforts to EXPOSE.
Wonder Why?

Please, get real! I am not a Clintonista ally, lying in wait here at FR, as you purported. I have supported many of JW's works and am a relative fan of Klayman's. However, that said, I've always been a realist with respect to what JW could or could not do and in any way thinking they can / could ever acheive what you hope or have so been led is not (nor ever was) feasible in the grand arrangement of things. Thus to be skeptical or critical about some of JW's past, recent & ongoing fundraising & outright grandstanding strategies in light of both their acheivements & shortcomings, is merely to be a realist.

The same ones who seem to have so much trouble with some of us pointing out bush complicities ,Because the Clintons are linked to dirty money. That dirty money could be linked to terrorist activity. Might better let the new Administration do the linking for us. It would have more power.Imagine the FBI arresting the X and his wife for terrorism!

Don't know what it will be but looks like attorney doucuments about the FOIA request..... May be something there for them to latch onto.
In a November 16, 2001 order, The Honorable Royce C. Lamberth, citing egregious misconduct by DOC [Department of Commerce] officials in an attempt to withhold certain [FOIA] documents from production, ruled that the Commerce Department must produce certain documents created by its attorneys concerning the FOIA search.

I'm still waiting for the news release that sez somebody's in prison as a direct result of a JW case If that is the case, you should ask Bush and Ashcroft why they haven't been investigating or prosecuting ANY of the crimes the DNC and CLinton administration committed (many of which were exposed or publicized by JW). You don't seem to understand that people generally do not go to "prison" in CIVIL cases, which is all that Klayman could ever file. But thanks to Klayman's use of depositions and FOIA requests in CIVIL cases, we learned of a number of serious CRIMINAL violations by the Clinton administration and DNC. Now, it is up to Ashcroft and the Feds to INVESTIGATE (with the full weight of the DOJ and FBI) and then file CRIMINAL actions that will lead to prison. So I ask you, where is your outrage at the failure of Ashcroft and the DOJ to do so? Or are you just here bashing JW because you don't really want the crimes of the DNC and Clinton's investigated? Are you just another of the infamous "move-on'er" crowd?
To: almajur
won't have that venue for his mutterings about Clinton. Just wondering. Do you believe that the DNC and Clinton administration committed serious crimes in Chinagate, Filegate, Emailgate, the death of Brown, the Riady non-refund? Just wondering why you characterize information published by Klayman about these items "mutterings".

"Was this a FOIA lawsuit or a FOIA request mischaracterized as a lawsuit by JW?"
Guys, Does a FOIA "request" require court action?? GO JW!! Peace and love, George.
To: KLT
Good For Him!.....Let's Roll! hehehe
To: BeAChooser
So I ask you, where is your outrage at the failure of Ashcroft and the DOJ to do so? My outrage is busy in Afganistan, and finding sleeper cells. Unfortuneatly, our men are really busy right now.
Hang on to those files, because the fat lady hasn't finished singing.

Imagine the FBI arresting the X and his wife for terrorism!Ooooh! Now wouldn't that be sweet!?!
