--thankyou, this is really the true "bottom line" in all these various cases. And frankly, a lot of public servant salaried government prosecutors could be doing a lot more, remembr when jim garrison went out and actually tried to SOLVE the kennedy whack? Basically, it got to the point he was ignored, and 99% of the people didn't care, they were content to "move on" and go watch wrestling and football, or flag wave at the newest scamwar running at the time. It's the same deal now, really, nothing much has changed. I wish larry well on this, I would hope that many more would do the same and similar around the country, literally file barrages of suits.. There's one I have wanted to see, a local grand jury looking into criminal actions in the klamath situation, just investigate, subpoena documents and testimony, see what happens.

It's not like there aren't dozens of decent scandals out there, any large one of which might crack the corruptions cycles and get some honesty back into government-any of them, take your pick. The main reason I feel that you DON'T see more on this is obvious, it involves D's and R's, not just one or the other, over the years. Watching that "impeachment" fiasco should have been enough clues for anyone to see that.

Criminal cases can only be launched by the government; that's why Bush's refusal to prosecute is so devastating. - JW's cases are all Civil. - They have won in all but two court appearances regarding Chinagate, but the Bush administration refuses to act on the massive evidence that has been exposed by JW.

Geraldo's gone to Afghanistan so Larry Kramer won't have that venue for his mutterings about Clinton. Well, I think he's about to disappear - no money coming in...good riddance.

I wish all you guys were as tough on the justice department as you are Larry. Larry can prosecute no one. This administration has further sealed presidential documents, while claiming it will make them more available, which will make any of these efforts more difficult.

Mar Joe White the other coverup expert, has now resigned and a replacement must be approved by the very people that were the subjects of the investigation, Hillary and Schumer.

I am open to ideas that can get around this stonewall, but I doubt I will hear any thing useful, on this thread.

I was all for JW a couple of years ago, but got tired of the hype and lack of action. Seemed like Larry was sueing everyone in sight for a while and not getting any results.
