I pray for our Indonesian brothers and sisters who are facing great persecution for His Name's sake. Let the news media pick up on their plight, so we can be enlightened to aid them. Please, Father, bless and protect us in Jesus Name, I pray,

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)
He was not far from the house when the centurion sent friends to say to Him, Lord, dont trouble Yourself, for I do not deserve to have You come under my roof. That is why I did not even consider myself worthy to come to You. But say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, Go, and he goes; and that one, Come, and he comes. I say to my servant, Do this, and he does it.
When Jesus heard this, He was amazed at him, and turning to the crowd following Him, He said, I tell you, I have not found such great faith even in Israel. (Luke 7:6-10)
Heavenly Father, we so often talk of faith having faith, encouraging others to maintain their faith through difficult times but seldom is true faith evidenced in our lives sadly, and most especially in my own life. Forgive me Father, and please continue to have patience with all of us as You are revealing Your truths.
Lord, the Centurion knew faith, but I doubt he would call it that in modern terminology. His was a working, practical faith one that he exercised many times a day with his own men. He gave orders. His soldiers followed them. Period. Never once did the Centurion say to himself, I hope my men will follow my orders, and apparently his soldiers did not question his authority either, for they followed his every command. To do anything else could have been fatal for his men if they were caught in the midst of battle while questioning the Centurions ability to lead.
Father, we are all caught in a tremendous battle and many of us are deeply wounded by the enemy. But You are ever faithful to us, and we have ample evidence: pubmoms husband being spared in that awful accident, the relief and grace You have sent to Ff150 and his beloved wife, Sarah being healed from her potentially fatal illness, the immediate freedom from pain You gave to DrMike, Betsy being inspired to leave those 2 messages at the Switchboard so that I would know You are working with her, our successes in Afghanistan, Earlene coming home to meet You with full confidence and peace these are but a few examples of Your leadership and authority!
Thank You Father for Your faithfulness even though we lack such faith in our own lives. Thank You for continuing to lead and strengthen us. Open our minds and hearts, Dearest Father, to the absolute assurance we really have in You. Flood us with Your Holy Spirit to encourage and inspire us to follow Your Sons examples, and grace us with the unwavering faith we MUST have in You to be effective warriors as is Your desire for Your children. Help us to seize the real meaning of the word faith as it is written in the Greek: conviction of the truth of anything, that which has actual existence, evidence, proof, an accomplished fact. Faith is not just a nebulous hope or desire faith is the absolute assurance that You have already performed the task! There is nothing left to be done, except to wait in full assurance for circumstances and people to be in the right place at the right time. The work is done. Christ finished it on the cross and in His resurrection. Help us, Mighty God, to seize these facts in the face of satans attempts to convince us otherwise.
I ask these things of You, Father, in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, that we may become fearless in the face of all attacks
for Your glory always. Amen!

Father, in Jesus Name we come to You beseeching Thee to drive out satan and his evil spirits from Jerry, in Jesus name. My dear God save this man, by the Lord's stripes we were healed. I ask this man, Jerry be healed. In Jesus Name, Jerry is healed!!
