Loral isn't going to pay the fine. They have had me in court for 11 years over a paltry sum. They wouldn't pay my disability. They have been ordered by CA courts to do so and by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to do so. They have spent more on lawyers than they would have had to pay in the first place.
