The Dangers of Bread!

The Dangers of Bread..
1)More than 98 percent of convicted felons are bread users.
2)Fully HALF of all children who grow up in bread consuming households score below average on all standardized tests.
3)In the 18th century, when virtually all bread was baked in the home, the average life expectancy was less than 50 years; infant mortality rates were unacceptably high; many women died in childbirth; and diseases such as typhoid, yellow fever, and influenza ravaged whole nations.
4)More than 90 percent of violent crimes are committed within 24 hours of eating bread.
5)Bread is made from a substance called "dough." It has been proven that as little as one pound of dough can be used to suffocate a mouse. The average American eats more bread than that in one month!
6)Primitive tribal societies that have no bread exhibit a low incidence of cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, and osteoporosis.
7)Bread has been proven to be addictive. Subjects deprived of bread and given only water to eat begged for bread after as little as two days.
8)Bread is often a "gateway" food item, leading the user to "harder" items such as butter, jelly, peanut butter, and even cold cuts.
9)Bread has been proven to absorb water. Since the human body is more than 90 percent water, it follows that eating bread could lead to your body being taken over by this absorptive food product, turning you into a soggy, gooey bread pudding person.
10)Bread is baked at temperatures as high as 400 degrees Fahrenheit! That kind of heat can kill an adult in less than one minute.

The words began stick and tears to flow.
Her meaning now was clear to see.
The love she'd waited for was someone else not me.

The same thing can be said about milk. Heavy bread users often drink milk.
We need to outlaw milk as well!Call you congress critter and demand the end to this bread/milk cycle!
To: Gladwin
They can have my bread when they peel my last slice from my cold, dead fingers.

I snuck to the kitchen, picked up the lid,
I filled my pockets full of shortnin bread.
I winked at the pretty little girl and said,

Racist.
To: SeeRushToldU_So
OMG - I didn't even see the connection before.... you are good..... What can we do? The Milk Lobby in Washington is even bigger than the bakery mafia - I've heard they have some of those midwestern Senators by the "udders"....
The connection is even worse than I previously thought, though, the Chocolate Industry is tied in there with the Milk lobby...... gosh, this is big!
To: Gladwin
Bread is bad...OK.
98% of drug users ate bread as children....and don't even get me started on water.
To: Gladwin
What a crumb-y post.
OTOH, I take it back. Don't wanna come across like a heel.

Yep, it's pretty difficult to develop such diseases if one's life expectancy is 39.

To: Gladwin
Great article Gladwin! Your insight into this dire problem is amazing - it is no accident that "dough" is a euphemism for money....
To: Cagey
If I want to eat bread in the privacy of my own home, behind closed doors, no bread-nazi is going to stop me! ;-D
