The frightening thing is that Clinton was such a transparent, self-aggrandizing fraud and a majority of voters (not to mention the damn media) swollowed his member.

If anyone ever again asks the question as to how a Hitler could come to power in an otherwise civilized society, I will point to the Clinton years.
Repeat lies until they are truths, have powerful friends in the media who will do your bidding, and have enough friends at the pressure points of the judiciary.

Some may think this an overstatement, especially liberal New York Jews, but it will only further confirm their utter cluelessness.

Clinton was a transparent fraud to honest, working southerners but somehow he managed to fool a lot of people. Just enough, it would seem. I cannot, no matter how hard I try, understand why there are still people defending this @#%^&*$ con artist. Oh, well, as the great Ray Stevens sang "there is none so blind as he who will not see."

Excuse me zarf, but Slimey Bill never got the support of a majority of the voters. In his first run in '92 he won 43% of the votes cast, and in '96 he got 47%. This isn't a majority, only a plurality. What he got were victories in enough key states to win a majority of the electoral votes, but he never had 50%+ of the voters choosing him to be their President. This crap we heard regarding his having a "mandate" during the 8 years of his infestation of the Oval Office was just that, crap. Mandates come from overwhelming support from the people, and Clinton never had that. What he had was the ability to create divisive issues and play the two sides against each other while he stood nearby waiting to see how the opinion polls would shape his response. (For a better explanation of this tactic, read Christopher Hitchens' The Triangulation of Bill Clinton.) But this sociopath NEVER had the support of the majority of the voters, but rather just enough support from the needed voters.

Good post. So immense was the lust of this one man, lust for women and for power, that he had the disgustingly grandiose and perverse of fantasies...to screw a whole country at once. Once he found a way to live that fantasy out, there was no stopping him. The Hollywood sluts and the media whores went along willingly, maybe even with excitement, much like Monica. A significant number went along because they hoped to gain something for themselves, like perhaps Elizibeth Ward Grayson or Dolly Kyle Browning. The "average" American was more like the average Clinton molestees such as Paula Jones and Kathleen Wiley upon whom he imposed himself in his uniquely crude and vulgar way. And if all else failed, he resorted to rape as with Juanita Broderick. And the best he could offer America in the form of an apology was "better put some ice on that."
