1. Shocked at the unpatriotic comments of WW Producer Aaron Sorkin during this time of war/hostilities/terrorists/national tension, etc.
2. At a time when we should be pulling together to support our President and our troops, Mr. Sorkin engages in petty partisan attacks to score political points and increase divisiveness.
3. I am contacting NBC sponsors of this show and telling them I will not purchase their products until they pull ALL advertising from this show.
4. I will reduce or eliminate my tuning in NBC until Mr. Sorkin is removed as producer of West Wing.

'West Wing' creator pleads not guilty to drug charges

Sorkin appears in Burbank County Court. He is free on $10,000 bail until his next court appearance, scheduled for June 4.

BURBANK, California (CNN) -- The creator of the hit NBC television series "The West Wing" pleaded not guilty Wednesday to drug charges stemming from his arrest at Burbank Airport last month.

Aaron Sorkin, 39, was arrested April 15 at an airport security checkpoint as he prepared to board a flight to Las Vegas. Authorities said a suspicious bag inside Sorkin's carry-on luggage contained hallucinogenic mushrooms, a controlled substance in California.

Sorkin was charged with one felony count each for possession of cocaine base and for possession of hallucinogenic mushrooms. He was also charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana.

Sorkin was originally arrested only for the mushrooms, but tests on other substances from the bag determined that he was also carrying rock cocaine and marijuana, according to the Los Angeles district attorney's office.

Kudos for posting the address and phone number. Sorkin's comments really annoyed me. Viewers gave NBC sky-high ratings for the Olympics, now NBC kicks the country in the face by pandering to this blithering idiot Sorkin.

Better Yet Who are the Advertisers? It is One thing to tell his Boss you are unhappy but when you tell an Advertiser that you are personally boycotting their products then the word will get back to Sorkin's Boss in a much more forceful manner!

Yes I am all fired up for a Freep but, I have not a Clue on when Westwing is on (don't watch much network TV save for "Survivor" which the Family gathers around and makes fun of and "That 70's Show" which is good for several "Flashback" Belly Laughs!)

If these folks (NBC/Sorkin/liberals - little l) really believe in campaign finance reform, and limits on "issue" advertising, West Wing should be forced to file as a PAC, and NBC should be filing political disclosures both federally and in the several states.

These people don't believe in free speech. They never did. They believe in their own propaganda, and their right to step on and mock opposing views from their bankrupt position of imagined superiority. It is time to shut these people down. I agree with all the posts that we should be hammering all sponsors of West Wing, and hard!
