I can only believe you haven't actually read the entire sequencing study. It spells out in excrutiating detail each step of the breakup. I've been a professional pilot for 12 years and have seen plenty of things that don't seem to pass the common sense test. The only knowledge I have on the inflight destruction of 747's comes from the sequencing study in the NTSB report. Boeing played a primary role in that study from the very start. The top engineers at Boeing obviously disagree with you. I'll take their word for it.
