This explains whey Pravda and the like are covering this. They are going to turn around and say they were faked and blame Simon. I smell a RAT!

I looked at them in a photo editor and my untrained eye says they are NOT fake.

If they are fake they are pretty good at croping out details. Like you can see Gray's gray hair popping out into the background and you see what you'd expect to see--the cabinet color brown.

Also both photos have their flash correct. Look at the second photo and how light it is. Well compare the red on the flag. On one it's dark and the other it's light...as if it had too much flash--and look at the guys' face it too is too light.

Last year the INS also did not interview and identify 19 percent of the foreign-born inmates at state prisons in California, and that that portion was continuing to grow, with backlogs of foreign-born inmates requiring interviews increasing.
"The declining coverage at the state prisons is due, in part, to the fact that California has done little to help INS streamline the IRP process beyond initial program enhancements implemented in 1995," the audit said. "As a result, INS agents must maintain an active presence at 11 intake facilities dispersed throughout the state over an area roughly 120,000 square miles in size.
"In contrast, Texas funnels all foreign-born inmates through one intake facility," the audit said.

Can thank Davis for that too.http://www.washtimes.com/national/20021008-86048984.htm

These are doctored. In the background, you can see the camera flash reflection but on the liberal wankers jackets, there is no hint of a flash or anything...

Not to be a smart @ss, but do you know much about light? The jackets (unless they are leather or shiny) would not relfect the flash. However, the liberal wankers face does show the flash.

I started referring to Robert ("the Public Official") Torricelli that way, before he crashed and burned, because that was how the infamous Chang Memorandum described him. Well, Nathanson's letter bears the identical relationship to Davis as the Chang Memo to Torricelli. Only a slightly different phrase was used for Davis.

I therefore urge that all FReepers henceforth always refer to Gray ("high public official") Davis at all times, to emphasize his connection to Nathanson, the same way the Chang-Torricelli reference was made.

Davis is slime, of course. Torricelli was nailed with a letter and photographic evidence (him with the union goons in the 7-11). Now, maybe, Davis can also be nailed with a letter and photographic evidence.

The California race for Governor is no longer an election. It is a criminal trial being conducted in the pages of California newspapers. So be it. Put in the evidence and send the case to the jury. Then hang 'em high.

The background blur makes me think it is real. If you've taken a lot of photos, you will notice that either the foreground or background can be in focus but not both.

If they are fake they had to have something in the foreground to focus on to cause the background to be out-of-focus. Or they could do it manually, but that would be even harder to make it look real.

Also look at the flash direction in the pupils, on the noses and the left side wall and door, don't look doctored to me

So far as the fineness of the hairs against the background goes, I believe Photoshop from V5.5 on will isolate details that fine. I don't know this from personal experience, but I've seen sample images where it was said to have been done.

If you carefully read the article, it sounds like a set up. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't.Do you mean to tell me, in the words of our famous ex-Washington D.C. mayor and crack smoker, Marion Barry, that
THE B_TCH SET DAVIS UP?!?!

It's not the background I am referring to. If you look, on the left side of the picture of just the hair, you will see large pixilation where the hair meets the background. That is a tell tale sign in Photoshop that someone tried to blend two photos together. Again, I'm not 100%, but I would not stake my campaign on it.1

I do a lot of photo work. At first, the first one looks faked because of the top lighting on the two (excuse me) men. It is both whiter and brighter and from a direction different than would seem to be justified by the backdrop. Then when you see the second photo, you see the splash of light on the side wall of similar color temperature. There might be a hall skylight or a bounce shot from a flash? Given a shallow depth of field and six to ten feet behind the suspects... I mean subjects, the apparent contrast between suspect and background becomes less concerning.

I looked at the first image in a photo-editor at 400-600% magnification, and there is no truncation of Davis' loose hairs around his head and there is no "haloing" at the edges. The color matrix looks different, but that could just be lighting and focus. The highlights on the hair are consistent with the reflections off the glasses and the splash of light on the wall. I therefore honestly can't tell if it was doctored and would need to download a high-resolution image to be more certain.

With Democrats running the courts, only Republicans/conservatives commit crimes. Anything Democrats do is legal.

That gave me a great idea for a graphic, but unfortunately, I don't have my graphics computer with me, so it will be a hack when I finish it.

I'm going to do a graphic of a Democrat Voter Registration Card. And on the card it will say..."get out of jail free".

You seem to forget-- this is CA. Davis gets a jury of his peers, which will NEVER accept the evidence. ;-)
