It is similar to a bill Romero proposed in the last legislative session to help cover a $23.6 billion state budget shortfall. Now the state faces an even bigger gap, approaching $30 billion. Romero said Thursday

Watch the bouncing budget ball as it bounds ever higher.

Why shucks, let's tax food because because it causes increased traffic on our under funded road system as people shop for their families.

I wonder why the US Post Office and/or the Controller of Currency doesn't require a wiring bank to get SS #'s, to make a data entry at the IRS, of amount being sent out of country. Wouldn't that new reg be Fox's worst nightemare.
