so whgich is it? is it the largest or second largest?
I have been saying for years that used needles was the biggest cause- anal sex is 2nd (by a large margin I suspect) and vaginal is a "distant 3rd".
So what they hell are we doing spending 15 BILLION dollars? How many clean needles could we buy for 1 Billion?we could probably build a needle factory for a few mill...

According to the article, it's the 2nd largest cause, altho miltonim's title says otherwise.
Perhaps the admin can edit the title for accuracy's sake?
