"A meeting of Gerald R. Ford Republicans. Wow."

Since you are AIP and not a Republican, what do you care? Do you go to HuffandBlow, Kos and DU and spout off about "Hubert Humphrey/DLC Democrats" as well?

I care because they’re propagating the Ford states’ rights trumps the unalienable right to life position on the central moral question of our day to conservatives.

If you'll check out FR's statement of purpose it is to promote principled independent conservatism, not Republicanism.

By the way, the pro-choice for states position promoted by these folks is contrary to the Reagan personhood pro-life plank in the Republican Party platform as well.

I’m amazed how many here don’t know Fred had Sarah planned for his VP before he got cross-over’d out.

Doesn’t really matter whether the media like her, we do. It’s about the message. She is wiling to stick her neck out and take the hits, to spread that message. She is willing to step out of her comfort zone, travel thousands of miles away from home, with her family, or without, when most of the leadership of the GOP sheepishly hide their heads so as not to take those hits. They all came forward for the healthcare debate when they saw the coast was clear. We like her because she gives it to the Obama Administration daily and gives to the media even harder. She won’t let those OTHER AMERICANS come up for air and they can try to embarrass her all they want. She has got a slice of the American Public and we’re in your face. She gets more popular everyday Obama’s in the White House. She has got the GOP afraid to come out in the light of day. She is going to embarrass herself all the way to the White House. That is if she wants it. She may be having too much fun making too much money.
