On the page or the city? The answer to the first is about halfway down.

The answer to the second is Terre Haute, Indiana

So if you're unemployed, your rights are being violated... so you can petition government to redress the injustice... which means the government will start "asking" companies to hire employees that they don't want, need, or are undesirable... this, of course, will have NO impact on profitability, productivity, or competitiveness... and with the government choosing who to "ask", they are in essence deciding whom to make less competitive, which means that they will now be in the business of deciding which individual businesses should be better positioned in the marketplace...

Not good.

I've been to China, and in most grocery stores in Beijing, there are literally dozens of extra employees standing in the aisles, waiting to "assist" shoppers by pointing to the products they are seeking. 90% do nothing but talk to each other, since most shoppers can find everything they need without help. I have to assume that these "employees" are there because of China's Right to Work clause in their Constitution. No business, especially in penny-pinching (heck, psychotically-penny-flattening) China, would ever hold on to so much dead weight.

In the U.S.......
Right to Work Law - A state law that prohibits required union membership of workers.

China's RTW law means everyone has a right to a job. Here, it means everyone has the right to work without being harassed by a union thug.
