If Cain would have hired Bolton as Sec. of State, any knowledge deficiency on foreign matters would have been solved.

That's part of why I liked the idea of a Cain/Bachmann ticket. Both are fiscal wizards, and Bachmann is a member of the select intelligence committee. Add Bolton to the mix and you have a real power team.

I so agree. Cain fought on with each and every attack, refused to end his campaign...hired a lawyer, etc. Then the last attack, he asked his attorney to get copies of the phone records to see “who called who and when”...then the next thing you know, he needs to go home and discuss with his wife about suspending his campaign. So, I don’t believe the first couple of accusations had any teeth or truth to them but this last one, he buckled. Why not sue, why not talk about the phone calls, show the proof it was her not him, etc. Because he couldn’t. Only reason for him to drop out when he had a money bomb of 9M when accusations started to fly...but this last one, well....it prob had some truth to it.

I too am getting disheartened by Conservatives who come out strong, come out slinging, etc...then they simply quit.
