What’s funny is that the Koch brothers are totally in favor of open borders and homo marriage.
The Left is just pissed that they don’t donate to them.
Then Saloon would hire some other nebbish to write the exact same words, because it has nothing to do with the truth, and everything to do with the fact that the Kochs consistently focus group as the cheapest hot button to keep the sheep agitated, and thusly in the Democrat fold.
In contrast, any (fairly rare) Saloon attempt to challenge 2A requires buying the same Democrat vote twice.

Quite frankly I think the author is delusional. Though truth be told, since the Koch brothers seem to be the only wealthy folks who actually take pro-market positions, rather than the usual “pro-business” position of angling to get the government to favor their enterprise against competitors and backstopping it against losses with tax-payer money, a party centered around their ideas might make a good opposition party to the Democrats, since the GOP seems increasingly useless in that role.

I agree if you change 99.9% to 99.999%, which is why I’m always tickled pink when I see Demorats wasting their time and energy on trying to vilify the Kochs.
