Cruz is the best candidate we’ve had in decades. It is shameful he isn’t doing better than he is.
Lowry refers to him as a bomb-thrower and I’m sure the GOP establishment sees him in exactly those terms, but he is simply doing what he was sent to do. Its just that there are precious few others prepared to actually do what they promised to do, so he looks like a bomb-thrower to people who have sold out.
He is my guy. He isn’t perfect, but he is as close to perfect as anyone I’ve seen in a long time.

Polls are utterly meaningless. Rick Santorum won Iowa last time when he was sitting well back in 4th place in average polling.
Ted Cruz is well ahead in actual endorsements. Trump supporters claim a lot of endorsements that were actually friendly talk like Ted Nugent. I see Trump claims Ted Nugent has endorsed him but Nugent hasn't actually endorsed anyone but says he likes Cruz for president.
