If you look at the broader polls, Cruz remains down near 5%

How ironic. Immediately above your post is a post displaying the results of all seven major polls.

Cruz' numbers range from 8-to-14%.

So, exactly which polls are the "broader polls"?

Y'know, you're so dedicated to a.) knocking Cruz, without b.) supporting any other candidate in particular, one is given to wonder...

1. Who is paying you?

2. And how much?

3. Or did Cruz once give you a pink slip?

Okie01, I originally supported Cruz, turned off as I learned more. Regret the several hundred dollars donated to his failing campaign. My support is now to Trump—not perfect, but a winner, not a martyr. Gotta love how he’s run the table. And despite the BS otherwise, he has a long history of mostly conservative positions, enough so to not cause concern. Best thing is there is no mistake that he puts America first and takes no prisoners in doing so. And unlike Cruz, no one owns him.

If Trump's the nominee, I'll support him. But I'll remain a Cruz supporter until his campaign admits defeat.

I'm in agreement with most of Cruz' positions -- more than I am in agreement with Trump's, by definition -- and I have no truck for some of the alarmist crap that is being spread.

So his wife worked for Goldman Sachs. So what? So he hasn't authored and passed any major legislation? Given his relationship with the Senate leadership, there was no liklihood of that happening. So he's not well-liked by his Senate colleagues. So what? Should we care? Etc.

Strawman. Why is it always “Trump or the devil” with you Trumpskis?

Strength and greatness are not found in the one with the biggest mouth.

The wise can control their mouth. Trump is the most undisciplined politician of the past 100 years. And don’t fool yourself, Trump has been a politician since he was a young man.

Trump may be “normal” in NYC, but in a lot of the country we think his schtick is just being a rude, big mouth New Yorker. I do know some people like that, but they aren’t “normal” - and they aren’t from “around these parts.”

Obama was going to make the Iran deal without Congress, calling it an agreement. By involving Congress in the approval process, and Congress has not approved, this allows the next President to nullify the agreement.

And thanks to actions taken by Ted Cruze as Texas solicitor general, the states can impose their own sanctions.

Cruz all the way.

If we fail to elect Cruz, we’ll get the disaster we deserve.

The non-GOPe money is all behind Cruz, not Rubio.

That’s both grass roots, and high-dollar movers that have their brains in gear.

Face it, Trump is a child in an adult body, that had a rich daddy.

He’s a weather vane in a hurricane.

The Corker amendment is our anchor in this lawless anticonstitutional storm.

Obama signed it so he is bound by it.

That makes his ‘deal’ a crime.

Being a noob here you overreach.

If you were to observe anything more than the end of your nose, you would see that Jim is indeed a Cruz supporter, along with over 75% of FR regulars.

Trump has tickled our fancy on occasion with his bombast, but he has no substance. He is going nowhere because his adolescent antics have failed to overcome his massive irrevocable negatives among GOP voters.
