You contend that executive orders have the same level of permanence as laws passed by Congress and say ignorance has clouded my judgement?!?!

Your religious-like ferver for Trump has disabled all reason. He has fully tapped into your innermost fantasies, causing you believe he can accomplish anything.

Cruz is currently 4th or 5th. But I’m hoping he pulls 6th out of it.

Try 3rd...in RINO_CENTRIC New Hampshire no less. A great showing by Mr. Cruz.

It’s quite obvious that Trump and his supporters are not conservative...wouldn’t know a conservative if one fell on them:

“Well, I think I am, and to me, I view the word conservative as a derivative of the word “conserve.” We want to conserve our money. We want to conserve our wealth. We want to conserve. We want to be smart. We want to be smart where we go, where we spend, how we spend. We want to conserve our country. We want to save our country. And we have people that have no idea how to do that, and they are not doing it, and it’s a very important word and it’s something I believe in very, very strongly.”

Ah, the infamous play on words. Of course ‘conservatives’ haven’t controlled anything, but those who campaign under the banner of it sure have controlled alot.

The Bush years, total control, and we have what to show for it?

Giving those brave ‘conservatives’ the house did wonders, just as giving them the Senate did wonders.

But hat tip, nice play on words.

Has he put a $ figure on his National healthcare yet?

Only liberals would do well in liberal states like Cali or NH. Cali carries the 55 delegates. While states like Tennessee carry only 13. Then you have states that split their delegates.

You are making my point exactly. Those who have campaigned under the conservative banner like McConnell control everything but deliver very little.

That is why the word conservative needs to be carefully defined. The conservatives said they would repeal Obamacare and did nothing of the sort. The conservatives said they would stop Obama’s executive amnesty and did nothing. Now the conservatives say vote for Cruz he is the most conservative. How do we know he will follow through once elected. The conservatives in the House and Senate sure forgot what it was once elected.

This is a treacherous word.

I agree with you completely. The word has lost it’s true meaning, to me. There are simply too many talking heads spilling their own version. I’m sick of all of it!

>> I hope instead you’ll read this and try and think beyond the anger and showmanship to see the destructive consequence of voting for trump.<<

There are those who think they have the answers, and expect us to just trust their superior knowledge. I spoke with my Congressman the other day, and all he could say was “Look what a conservative I am,” while trying to excuse his voting for TPA, and his assertion that low oil prices are a major problem. That last thing is EXTREMELY REVEALING to me, as the low prices put about $200-$300 per month back in my pocket, but HIS DONORS DON”T LIKE IT.

Cruz is my 2nd choice, but I do not think he could defeat Hillary and I do not think he would be effective if elected.

Everyone wants to take Reagan and “Bottle and sell” him as the ultimate conservative. But IT DOES NOT WORK, BECAUSE IT IGNORES THE MAN HIMSELF. In my opinion, Trump is far more like Reagan than anyone else to come along since, because he is a GREAT COMMUNICATOR, and an inspiration to many. I remember Reagan, and can assure you that many of the same criticisms leveled against Trump were used against him.
