For years I fell for the conservative claims that we should knee jerk trust the police. Since then I have become more libertarian on the issue. I don’t know anymore who was at fault in Ferguson. Police will take the power you give them and run with it. It attracts a certain type of person. If my gentle sweet son does become a police man as he wants I may change my mind.
If someone comes for my gun, he’d better expect to meet his Maker. Ferguson was a righteous shoot.
Put a wall around them and pull the cops out.....

Too bad we couldn’t just separate and toss the whole race issue out of the conversation. But Democrats can’t seem to help themselves. Because I agree about over policing in general. It is time we really question the role and necessity of current police volumes. We are living in a time where society in North America couldn’t be any safer. So safe, we have to live on urban legends just to keep ourselves interested.
