Not terribly risky when you have most the media willingly in your back pocket. Selective enforcement of the laws has become the norm. They barely even pretend to be fair nowadays.

Why?

If she gets the nomination, and is then indicted, she’ll keep on running.

Her chances of winning the election may actually go up.

Then, if she wins the Presidency, her victory will throw the entire system of American jurisprudence into a cocked hat. She’ll get to re-define pretty much every federal law from scratch.

This would be delightful to Hillary, and her supporters.

Yes but Hillary is a Clinton. That means, she can Clinton the law while she has other people figure out when to give the next Clinton so she can laugh all the way to the Clinton.

Even if indicted, she will not come to trial soon enough. If she wins, she pardons herself.

“Nominating a Presidential Candidate Under Active FBI Investigation Is An Incredibly Risky Gamble”

Not when it’s a democrat.

Correct, there is no way Hillary will ever be indicted. There was a debate where she truthfully explained why. She said that if they take her down then they would have to indict everyone. I have no doubt that Obama himself can be implicated in this e-mail scandal and because of this there is no way his DOJ will ever prosecute her.

If you could pardon yourself, why did Nixon have Ford pardon him?

No risk.

The leaks about the FBI investigation are solely for the purpose of showing how thorough the investigation was before the Obama “Justice” Department announces that Hillary has been totally cleared of any wrongdoing.

I expect the announcement to come shortly before the Democrat convention.

Not risky if the fix is already in.

I predict that her presidency will be the most corrupt ever seen, up to and including murder. Yes, I said that.

There is no question that Hillary is inherently dishonest, corrupt and has violated the law with the use of her private sever. There is little doubt that every competent intelligence agency from the KGB to the Luxembourg municipal police have hacked that server and know more about the US than members of Congress. Yet this FBI investigation is simply a way for Obama to keep control. Hillary will be indicted if and only if Obama wishes her to be indicted and denied the nomination. Otherwise there will be no indictment.

Even if the worst happens, Oblamya will just pardon her.

The administration has prosecuted individuals under the Espionage Act more than every previous presidential administration combined...

that’s nice.

something that appears both harmless and trivial seems unthinkable

That is correct.

However

Tax evasion, bribery, money laundering, racketeering, and conspiracy to commit the above offenses are not harmless or trivial.

What pending investigation? The one going on at least for two years is wrapping up. That’s why the aides are being notified of interviews. The corruption inquiry was run concurrently.

Has the FBI resurrected the original indictment Starr never pursued? Is that why Judicial Watch was denied access by the national archive?

Justice will probably not do anything until after the election, and then Obama will quietly pardon her right after the election, before she gets indicted, is my guess.
