Cruz is not even eligible to BE president, as he isn't a NBC!
There are a few states whose delegates are locked in to voting for the state winner, through the second and in Florida through the THIRD vote.
Cruz shan't be elected president in '16; that is a simple fact. To believe otherwise is delusional to the point of absurdity.
