...don’t you think that he might ought to think beyond the first round of voting and act accordingly?

That has been the problem with many of Trump's "projects" not thinking beyond getting a property built or business started. The kids have seemed to help him in that respect but deals like the Trump Casinos showed poor operational planning.

Once/If he wins the presidency, what then Mr. Trump? Can't declare BK and walk away.

A question to ponder: if Trump had been the recipient of the CO votes, and Cruz had been the one shut out by the establishment, would you be as outraged as you are now?

It seems the Cruz supporters who are calling Trump supporter “weak minded” are a bit dense.

And besides that, he brings a fresh Canadian spirit to the American people...that’s good, isn’t it?

“Colorado’s 34 delegates should be disallowed and deducted from the 1237 number.”

Sounds like a fair resolution to this controversy.

I’m gonna sorta semi agree with you. I don’t think Cruz is cheating, per se. To be entirely honest, the truth is I don’t care who the candidate is - it could be little bunny foo foo for all I care - the fact that any candidate can walk away from Colorado with all the delegates and not one primary vote cast by the actual voters of CO, that is the problem here. The bottom line? The system in CO is designed to favor the establishment, plain & simple. If I were Cruz, I wouldn’t be so excited about winning CO at this point. I would say the same if Trump had won. It’s time to let the voters of CO decide, not the establishment.

Why not change all the states to the Colorado model and we could be done with the primaries in about one hour. Look how much more efficient that would be.

I noticed Wyoming is the same. 900 party faithfuls vote and we are done.

What is the point in having people vote the primaries. The Colorado model is so much better and cheaper!

First off, what is the remedy here? Should Ted Cruz have said, “no thanks Colorado, I am going to reject your delegates. “The process is corrupt and it is only fair to make the front runner the benefactor of the corruption.”

If Cruz were smart, he would have.

Good luck if all those who didn't get a chance to vote stay home in November. It would be the party's just reward.

“Is there any evidence to support that theory?”

You don’t really want to know where he got that theory.

if trump was so smart, why didnt they learn the rules?

If Ted is such an establishment guy, why did Trump donate to democrats all his adult life and brag about being able to control them after his donations?

the mental gymnastics you guys have to do to defend trump

And Trump needs 60% which is much higher than the 38% support he had in the past and the 30% support he has in the country. Why should Cruz bow out when Trump’s overall approval is falling? This country needs saving badly from NY limousine Liberals.

Yep....

You didn't note that I took no umbrage with Cruz....in fact, stating he played by the rules laid out for him???

Are you so blinded by ideology for your candidate that you can't see what the Establishment did in Colorado was wrong?

I call them fair and this was wrong....

Trump’s Casinos where all profitable until gambling laws where loosened up which crashed the market. Real estate is often like that.

It’s Trump ability to recover after the entire market collapsed is what interests me. Our country and economy is heading into total collapse and a man who’s so successfully fought his way out of such huge disasters should do well at saving the country.

You can play that, “He’s not cheating” all day long but the optics of this shows the corruption of the GOP and Ted Cruz.

For years, the American people are told, “Get out the vote” and “Register to vote because it matters”. Now you have this, which many people are not fully aware of the game playing allowed by the delegates.

If Cruz manages to win through this process, many disenfranchised people will not vote for him in the general election and the republican party will have lost millions of voters. So who really wins the GOP plays this game?

Cruz, GOP, and his supporters are damning America with their scorched earth policy.
