Trump Starts Tracking, Targeting Fans With Web Ad Software
NBC News ^ | June 27, 2016 | Ari Levy, CNBC

Donald Trump is finally acknowledging that his online activity has to go beyond just posting on Twitter and Facebook.

The Republican Party's presumptive nominee for president has started using online advertising software from ad-tech company Rocket Fuelthat can help the campaign track user behavior, send targeted messages to prospective supporters and engage with fans.

CNBC.com learned of the addition by using Ghostery, a browser plug-in that shows all the data tracking tools running on a website.

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders turned to ad-tech software early on in the Democratic primary, as did Ted Cruz and others on the Republican side. Trump, by contrast, has boasted of the leanness of his media effort, counting on messages to his many millions of Twitter andFacebook followers plus all the free attention he gets from non-stop news coverage....

Probably so, but it would be worth checking. IIRC Amanda Carpenter was the main instigator of the Carson Deception. At least one staffer resigned over it.

Anyway, it never ceases to amaze me how the media who said he would never run, etc... continue to underestimate him. Donald Trump has been actively thinking about this for 27 years, that we know of, and his record says he never goes into anything to lose. In fact, he seems to set up situations were what ever happens he wins.

If people actually listen to his speeches, they would learn a lot. He just needs to keep hammering away. He has done better getting positions out than any other candidate. Need to focus on the low info voter, who still operating under the delusion that sound bites from the left are truth and that they are for the working class. What is Obamacare doing to healthcare access? Why didn’t social security folks receive a cola this year? But They left has $ for refugees & illegal aliens! What has Obamacare done to Medicare. Time to “scare” the low info people to the right as the left has always done in the past. Get a dollar figure for total foreign aid to other countries from taxes. Not just trade imbalance, what US actually pays out.
Why does congress and President receive their same salary for life? Who’s retirement plan does that?

Bob Dole, John McCain and Mitt Romney beat out their competition too.

Ad Block Plus and Ghostery can stop a lot of that.

If you are on a metered connection (Straight Talk, et al), those two browser helpers can reduce your data usage a considerable amount.

He will also have to find some way of reaching those people (low-info emotional voters) who don’t have the attention span to listen to a speech or its content. The progressive social media people continue to hammer away at him with accusations of racism, crookedness, etc. (or if that fails they make fun of his hair) yet don’t offer their audience a reason to vote FOR Hillary Clinton. He’s up against whoever is funding outlets like that one with the cute animal pictures (which is also heavily pushing a far-left agenda).

I’m sure he’s thought of this already and he and his team are working on it.

My point is that Trump is up for the fight. It’s not just metrics - what Trump stanfs for is his biggest draw, and none of Hillary’s money or support can touch that.

Nor, as a matter of fact, will she even win over the majority of Berniebots.

I am sorry, but all the evidence points to a carefully planned and executed disinformation operation on the part of the Cruz campaign. They found out from internal polling two weeks before the primary that Carson voter’s second choice was Cruz and planned accordingly. Even to feeding the question about where Dr. Carson was going to go immediately after Iowa to the CNN reporter. The letter that was faxed to the Cruz precinct leaders was prepared before election day.

Even to feeding the question about where Dr. Carson was going to go immediately after Iowa to the CNN reporter. The letter that was faxed to the Cruz precinct leaders was prepared before election day. It shifted enough votes from Carson to Cruz so that Cruz beat Trump. Otherwise, it would have been Trump all the way from the start.

Yes, people should listen to him. I’m thinking about how aggravated I get when paid ads pop up when I’m trying to read. I’m not sure that would be an effective way to convince people to vote. I really think his rallies have more effect than anything. People go to see him and leave convinced and “nailed down”. Maybe it’s just me. but I don’t watch ads. I especially do not watch anything hellery puts on the internet. I would like to see Trump come up with some high profile way to reach out to the black voters. How about going to a large black church and speak? I bet that would get coverage in the media. Wonder how large Pastor Burns’ church is.

Now I remember, but it would make more sense to call it “the Ben Carson Deception,” precluding any mystery.

She’ll have a much bigger team of paid staff and volunteers, including those from the unions, NGOs, LGBTQ organizations, Hollywood, Wall Street, etc. and is on track to raise $2 billion dollars, not counting Super PAC money or Clinton Foundation cash. Since I post a lot of threads I read dozens of articles for every one I post.

Trump wins in a landslide.
